These are £4 in store at the moment and you dont have to be a club member. Naughty h&m. They had Bugs, tweety and Taz also a grey one not sure what was on it.

Ah H&M the store that would rather slash clothes they can't sell with a knife so no one can wear them rather than give to the needy. GJ guys

I had a massive issue with a coat I ordered; was £69.99 and £22.50 in the sale when I ordered online. There was a fault with it so I returned it to store and asked to swap it with a non-faulty one, but was told I couldn’t! The Store Assistant’s attitude was disgusting and didn’t apologise for a) my coat being faulty b) me having to drive 30 miles (round trip) to return it c) her rudeness!

I got my refund and was told I couldn’t swap it! Disgusting service and I’ll definitely be thinking twice before shopping with H&M in the future. Granted faults in manufacture aren’t her direct fault but by default, I’d expect a “sorry” and sympathy, instead of a totally s***ty attitude and literally not even letting me swap it for EXACTLY the same item!

No wonder companies are going out of business - good manners and some etiquette costs zero!
PS - These are definitely all £4 in store. When I’ve quizzed prices before with their CS, I’ve been told stores should all have the same prices as online and vice versa! Clearly not...

I think its a completely different stock allocation that has to deal with this problem. I had same issue at debenhams...refund offered/no exchange despite having one on shelf too

I called their Head Office as it took 2 hours to get to the store and home again, plus I looked a right moron arguing at the till with someone barely out of school!
I spoke to a Customer Service Mgr and she said I’m 100% right and they should have just swapped the item seeing as it had a problem! Even if it didn’t have a problem she said they should have still swapped it as I had the original packaging, all tags attached, my invoice and dispatch note etc! Total joke - I for one will reconsider before spending cash there in the future with service like that!
