I wonder if they're banking on a certain percentage not being able to use the vouchers, so they get a free ten pounds?

good deal, but not valid very wrong

It's the same deal when you shop at the store, we came out yesterday and they offered us £5 for £10, £10 for £20 etc. plus there is not a time limit to spending it!!

Are they in trouble?

Don't want to buy vouchers and find out they've gone into administration 2 week later.

Fantastic, thanks so much for posting, were taking our daughter for her birthday on 9th March and was looking for a voucher. Heat added.

Can you buy 2 and use them in one transaction?

You need to spend over £20 to get that offer.

Just seems strange. They are not normally this generous.

If it was a large company like Tesco, Asda, Amazon offering these vouchers, I wouldn't think twice.

My daughter always walks past wanting one of these...its hr b day on 13th march so good for me..However hw much do these things normally costs..ie am I going to have to pay much more on top or should the voucher cover a decent teddy bear?!

Its only valid for a couple of weeks and a quite time of year. I wouldn't worry. Huge company in America.

£13-£17 for a bear.

About £10 for clothes
£5 is for shoes
£3 ish for accessories
£2.50 for a scent
£4 ish for a noise.

If you have a look on their website it should give you a rough idea (prices are the same in the shop) buildabear.co.uk/
I promised my little boy about a year ago that I would take him to build a bear one day but I haven't quite got round to it as the prices have put me off! I'm working on roughly £35 in total for a bear/soft toy with sound and decent outfit.

Thank u guys

Thanks got 3 keep the kids happy for few hours lol

Excellent find. Bought two one each for the kids. If they won't accept two in one go will just have to go two weeks running. Heat added.

Hi
Got 2 vouchers just wants to check if they will send code for 40 to spend on 3 rd march (will it be 2 codes or all together only one code) or wht?

Original Poster

I presume they will send 2 seperate codes.

For those asking the cost, as said above, have a look on the website. Don't get carried away in the shop though. My daughter bought one of these out of her birthday money a few years ago , we got to the till and it was £40 ! The kids do love them though

Ok thanks
Will wait till..:)

Anyone know if you would be able to purchase a gift card with the money, which would give you longer to spend them, my 3 wanted one for Easter instead of an egg. This wod saver serious money.

Great! thanks ordered 2

Not valid on sale items, prior purchases, a Build-A-Party® celebration or Cub Cash® cards.

From what i can figure out from the website link, the Cub cash card is a gift card so no I don't think you can

We got one of these and dressed it up in the closest thing to our work uniform for a friend/colleague who was leaving.

As this is the internet I am happy to admit the big kid in me really quite enjoyed it all, you get to choose how hard/soft you want the toy, and the way they ask you to put a little heart in it is really cute. For a kid I can see how it would really add value and meaning to the toy, imho £35 is really good value for something I would have loved as a kid

Kingston build a bear closing down!!!!! Getting rid if kids shops in the bentalls!

Perfect timing for me as we are heading there in a couple of weeks as my daughter wants one of the palace pets for her birthday! Thank you op!

title should be changed to Build your own 'Frankenbear' some of them look freakingly scarey
