Build up £1 Data Pack with free boosts with EE

Hi everyone

If anybody wants a deal where they need a little bit of data, few minutes and few texts then this pack would be great.

I got this deal when I was younger and only needed a little bit of data and a few minutes and texts. If you keep renewing the pack every week by making sure you are topped up then every 3 months you get to choose a free boost.

I've been adding boots for a whole now and I now get 450mb every week. I hope to keep boosting this.

So if you are patient, then this £1 Data Pack is definitely worth it in the long run.

Thanks

Sorry but I fail to see the deal here

£4 a month here gets you to start 400mb, 40texts and 40minutes. That's all you get per month without paying more. Run out of allowances in this plan and you pay at least another £1 to keep using the account as a minimum. So if you have just one week where you run out early it starts to add up to the costs. Boosts every 3months is a bit pointless in my opinion because you're tied in to a rubbish deal for at least 3 months to start vs just getting something with reasonable limitations to start.

A quick look around I found this which seems to me to be a better deal.

£3.99 with ID gets you 500mb, 5000texts and 500minutes

If you're a casual user OP then there appear to be better deals out there to make better use of your money.

ID. Mobile has its critics', however I agree in principle that this type of deal would be better especially if you cannot predict which days you may use more calls, or text or data, it's human nature and life that we use these things in bursts. So having the flexibility of using those entire allowances over a month is more useful.

I did initially get this for my kids but even with low usage it didn't work out well, so I got a cheap contract instead, which isn't more expensive but much much more useful

I too use this and have built up a reasonable package, certainly sufficient for my needs, all for much less than £1 week seeing as I often 'stop' until I need to make a chargeable connection/call and simply join again with no loss of boost bonus. Works out very reasonable. Not for everyone I know but for light users it's a good deal.
I'm on the "Talk & Text" £1 weekly deal a bit like yourself and I like the weekly nature of it so that I don't use all my data in a day and then have nothing left for the rest of the month.
However I'll abstain from voting as some of the £5 monthly deals can be better value especially now that they can include more than a gig in data and are likely to get better. To get to your level of data it has been over 2 years. Great when we started but not sure nowadays.

The boosts at least compensate over o2

O2:
5GB data
500 minutes
1000 texts

As EE and o2 roll over data at least if you are on EE you get 500MB every 3 months as a bonus over o2 and 4G coverage is the best network.

Not for me but its the best £15 payg deal out there.
Well done on your first posting! Hope you continue x.....
