    I'm trying to fathom what purpose eating 6kcals would serve @ 69p. I mean I get trying to bulk up your meals but surely veg would be more beneficial and nutricious.

    I find using these noodles, or the rice variant, adds more bulk in addition to having veg. Especially useful if, like me, you weight train and go through periods of fat loss. These just help to keep me feeling just as full as if I'd eaten rice, pasta or spaghetti but without the extra carbs and calories

    These noodles, aka Konjac noodles, are pretty disgusting tbf. Tastes and feels like you're eating silicone
