Great Bourbon, cheaper than their black friday deal by 10p.

Possibly 6% TCB for groceries too.....Limited to 3 per customer

Great in an "old fashioned"

Product Description

The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth. Medium amber in colour with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry and satiny with a light toffee flavour.

bah, beat me to it, have some heat!
Had a bottle a couple of years ago it's a decent tipple.
Seriously, just when I thought I had all the good deals of the season and it's time to stop shopping, someone comes along with a better one!
I had an offer on the Amazon homepage offering £5 off if I made my default card a Mastercard so I did and got it for £12.90

couldn't see that on mine, but did see free £6 added when getting an £80 amazon voucher and £10 of £30 spend when i use the app for the first time. Which would make this deal almost a bogof for me
It's not a bad bourbon for the money I'd go for the Woodford at £20 however over this
I had a very bizarre experience drinking this a few Christmases ago. Would drink it but the following morning would have a sensation as if someone was sticking a dart into one temple. Every single time. Following Christmas bought another bottle and the same thing happened with the pain in the same place. I can't explain it. Does not happen with Woodford's.

So I don't drink it anymore. Stop doing stupid things - doh!

I threw my bottles into the bin then discovered that people actually sell them used on ebay.
£22 in asda

Every bit as good as Woodford in my opinion. Cant go wrong with either. Maker's Mark for £20 as well.

And Wild Turkey 101 for £22.44 also a great deal if you want a good bourbon with real punch.

Unfortunately it's a 1-2 month dispatch for Woodford

Not for me! Makers is a good buy at that price however. Wild Turkey I find to be a little too sweet; I use it for whiskey sours where it balances nicely.

Edit: sorry it's buffalo trace that's too sweet and what I use for sours rather then sipping

Not for me unfortunately. The £5 offer was just below the Football listings.

Thanks op been shopping around for a bottle this week . Drink for the AJ Ruiz fight sorted.😄
Nice price.
What're people's thoughts on this compared to Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace?

I enjoy them all however I used Buffalo as a beginner drink and would say Woodford is my favourite at this price point. For me Bulleit is above Buffalo but below Woodford.

Agree. Woodford is a cut above Bulleit for me
I got this for £13 as had £5 off voucher
Heat added. If you want a really nice drink, mix this with some milk and a good vanilla ice cream (Carte D'Or or Haagen Daazs etc). Lovely

I began buying a bottle of both for Christmas a few years back. Dumped this for the reasons I mentioned above. I now just get a bottle of Woodford in.

Bulleit, to me, reminds me of a Spagetti Western. You know, one where the characters are dressed in clothes that have not been washed since it last rained and who have stubble that you can strike matches against. If anyone was going to drink it then it would be Eli Wallach or Clint Eastwood. Yul Brynner would go for the Woodfords - more refined - but both he and Clint would be able to free your town of the bad guys.

I didn’t like any of the Woodford range, love this however.

Shell out the extra 2.10 for the Woodford Reserve or 10p for the Wild Turkey.

Personally I would take Bulleit over Buffalo Trace.

I could pop down to Tesco.

Woodford is £20 on prime now but you would need to pay £3.99 as it is under £40 I think.
Ok deal. Not voted.

VOTEDCOD.
I find Buillet and Woodford a bit thin (I can't think of another way to describe it), whereas Makers is much richer.

Buffalo Trace is nice, but I always seem to go back to Makers.
Try to find a bottle of George Dickle - colleagues in TN rate it the best. Had a few of the different bottles and agree!
