Poundstretcher Leicester. 2L red hot chilli

This is it: the Bull's-Eye pinnacle of heat and flavour. It's the fierceness of a Texan summer and the taste of a 12-hour cookout distilled into a Bull's-Eye sauce.

From the fire of the pit to the fire in your belly – heat is the cornerstone of your BBQ. So, it's time to turn your meat up to the max with Bull's-Eye Red Hot Chilli Sauce. It's a flaming, spicy BBQ sauce that doesn't make you choose between heat or flavour – because this is the whole package. Spread it thick over burgers, steaks, ribs, kebabs, pulled pork and chicken at your next BBQ. This Bull's-Eye sauce has got enough heart and soul to work as a marinade or a dip. And don't worry about being precise, a healthy drizzle does wonders too.

Literally just done a post for this, submitted it, page refreshed to new & you beat me to it haha . I seen it in the Wrexham poundstretcher yesterday.
I'm told the japs eye is ultra hot
Good price, just not hot at all, and not a particularly tasty sauce either.

Although it did inspire me to make my own and it's awesome (if I do say so myself).

Simple, soften a finely chopped red onion, add three finely chopped cloves of garlic, then add about ten chillies with the tops cut off (you can remove the seeds if you can't handle the heat, but it's gets diluted later anyway). Cook the chillies for a few minutes until softened, then add 200 mls of water.
Simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally, then switch off the heat and let cool, then blend it until smooth. You can add whatever spices you want at this point, I used paprika and garlic pepper and oregano and some sage (no specific measurement, just a large teaspoon kinda size).

Then you need to blend in white wine vinegar, (I don't have a blender so just put a little in and used my Nutribullet), bit of a pain but it worked. Taste it every so often and stop when it tastes about right. Mine was a bit thick so just added some water rather than more vinegar.
Enjoy - p.s I used Danish red chillies as I couldn't find the African birds eye that makes Peri peri sauce.
Thanks! I think I'll add some tomatoes to mine as well!
Best before ?
My daughter loves this. Hot

Let me know how it goes, I think the tomatoes will lower the heat.
