Never tried this one, any good? Single malt and a good ABV, looks good!

Not tried but good reviews on whisky exchange, Masters of Malt, and amazon.

At this price can’t go wrong experimenting

Another pleasant dram and worth £26 but I just had a look and Sainsbury's are doing it at £25

Good price, think this was intended to "partially" replace the 12 ( which is fantastic)
Not quite as good as the 12 but still a nice dram at a good price

Spot on the 12 is my favourite at the moment. This is still very nice and good price.
Nearest Morrisons is thirty miles away :-( Almost 38 on Amazon. Like earlier poster, hope Amazon price match.
It's decent but it's basically the only Islay that doesn't have peat. This may make it more or less attractive to people. Little bit of smoke but not peat.

Deal wise great price.

Well looking at its price history it is not the worst price. Cheapest ever Amazon price one day only Nov 2018. Several lightning deals around 30 and 35 mark, but long ago, so I wouldn't hold my breath for it to go below £35 any time soon 40439136-On91X.jpg

not many deals on it nor recently either

Did you ever get a chance to try Bruichladdich Waves? It had very mixed reviews but was my all time favourite. Shame it was only available for a short time

Fair enough thanks for the info
Good at £25 in Sainsburys, but I would wait for the 12 to drop to £30, which it does couple of times a year.
IMHO can't go far wrong with and Islay whisky, smokey or otherwise. Love em all!

I am not sure why! Glenmor’n’gie is the correct way to pronounce it. It has become common place to pronounce it the incorrect way though!
nibelheimtimes17/04/2020 10:38

Bun-ah-ben

Actually it’s Bun-ah-ha-bin although it sounds like the ha is missing when pronounced quickly

I think that's why I resisted so long, but we went to a whisky shop in Bowmore on Islay when we were on a family trip with friends and we just bought it I guess out of curiosity and I'm still greatful we did.
Great deal
Just bought this at Sainsbury’s Yesterday, had a glass last night and enjoyed. Wouldn’t pay £37 for it but good for an under £30.
