amazing deal. bought this when it came out at teh start of teh year and still playing it, the developers also release FREE updates such as the bike pack that was recently released.

It is the best arcade(not driving simulator) driving game on the xbox 360, if you are thinking between burnout, need for speed and midnight club this christmas burnout wins by far!

Hot!

This game is great, it's the reason I bought my 360 in the first place. The free bikes addon just makes it even better!

nah midnight club ownnns this

but this is a great price for paradise

my favourite game on the 360. well recommended!

I want this for the PS3. Is it available at this price?

I don't get it. This game is aweful, loved the burnout series even though ea messed it up (last one on ps2 was the best cos they got the proper boost system back). What is so good about roaming for missions, stupid compass and roads not blocked off when racing. Rant over.

The best price for the PS3 version seems to be £19.76 (£17.76 + £1.99 delivery). That's from ]101cd.comunless anyone knows of a cheaper price.

Does this deal mean its expired if its pre order only?

I had never played Burnout before but then i got this one and enjoyed it. Probably my favourite racing game. Great Price aswell

How are the crashes in Burnout Paradise?

I'm thinking of the previous games in the series where you'd have 30 seconds to cause massive pile-ups.
Is this part of the game completely separate from the free roaming city and that gimp of a DJ on the radio? Do you need to progress in races and challenges to unlock better cars/features in the crashing mode?

I played the demo on PS3, but it just let you roam around a restricted part of the city. I found it pretty dull.

hmm 'pre-ordered' bargain at this price but any chance i'll get it it at this price..?

The new crash mode lets you enter it at any time by slamming L1+R1 (iirc), your car flips and from there it's the same crash mode. You now have to chain so many car hits to keep the crash going. The good bit is you can do it on any road, your damage cost going straight onto the global leaderboard for that street.

This is cheap as EA release a special edition version early next year (to coincide with the new island DLC). The Island DLC will not be free, and will be bundled on the Special Edition version of the game.

When I first played this I wondered what I was meant to be doing, then realised there are races/events at junctions, and you have to slow down and pull the triggers to enter them.

Might it be going 'Classic' do you think?

I was looking for this game myself for Christmas [asked daughter to buy for me :-D] but am a bit wary of Shopto as they cancelled a preorder on me before..........[brand new game at a very good price then]

Hmmmmm....

Have ordered. great price for a game that will take a while to play out completely...

I know a lot of the die hard Burnout fans moan about it (I used to be one) but this is a fantastic game and a steal at this price.

Freeburn online (group challenges) is a great experience and unlike any other driving game.
If anyone wants to meet in Paradise City my Gamertag is: Matt Beeching

Damn it!

Hmm does this mean my pre-order will now be cancelled?

Btw am I the only one the redirect link thing doesn't work for? ( scripts.affiliatefuture.com ) When I click to go to deals and it uses that thing it just doesn't load I have to click the "loading..." text which takes me straight through.

Well I can't see any mention of my pre-order on the website any more. Better not see this game reappear on their website now if it is 'no longer available on the database'
