Just picked this up from HMV in Middlesbrough. Few other titles at £30 too. Might be locally only but hopefully might help some people. Cheapest online seems to be ~£37

Hope this deal is still on come Monday, been waiting for something that isnt stupidly overpriced in a HMV store for ages! Got a load of vouchers to spend but everything instore I find is way more expensive than their online prices.

Good find, heat added!

Just tried HMV in Redditch, but it's still £39.99 there. Asked one of the staff if he knew anything about it being £30 at other stores, and he wasn't totally sure but thought that it might be that price at HMV stores where there is a Zavvi outlet nearby.

Im going to check the HMV in Cardiff today which is just down the road from Zavvi. Really hope it is this price but genuinly cant see it happening as everything else in there is overpriced through the roof

Just went in and it was marked £39.99 on the shelf, went to the counter and asked and it was showing as £30, although they didnt look too happy!
Grabbed a copy but the disk looks lightly scratched as they break the seals on their games and get the disk + manual from a cupboard

Yes, I hate this policy, and it must affect returns. It certainly means I'd never buy a game as a gift for anyone from HMV, who'd want an opened game?

Yeah its a bit dodgy tbh, I'm sure just opening the official MS seal instantly makes it a technically "used" game too, meaning they are selling second hand goods for RRP.
