There are generally two problems with running these outside. (1) it may get too cold (or too hot) for it to work properly (I kid you not!), and (2) the high humidity may cause corrosion. The problem is usually the cold - you need enough heat to cause the refrigerant to boil (to turn back into a gas). I can't see a temperature spec for this model but if your garage doesn't get too cold you'll probably get away with it.

hot....or cold. defo hot

Weird. That's the other model I linked to above but has the same ambient temperature as the 200 litre but says it is ok for garages, whilst the 200 litre isn't. Which is right!

It quiet clearly states ambient temperature 16-43 and suitable for a garage.

200 litre spec states = Ambient temperature 16 to 43°C and therefore not suitable for use in garages.

Only a few quid more expensive too! It's a 300 litre model so probably a better option for many people i'd say.

Unless your garage is 16 degrees then it won't be much good. I wonder how some people manage to get dressed in the morning.

That was the one I would have gone for only the depth of it made it more at risk to being knocked as you went past as its 17.5 centimetres deeper.

Wouldn't touch a bush again.

To be honest, I wasn't trying to be funny, my bush washing machine lasted 6 days before the water pump failed. Argos/Homebase are the same company and kept trying to push an engineer out to me, so 30 minutes on the phone of arguing and telling them I wanted a refund, I got what I wanted.

2 weeks later my colleague at work complained about a similar issue and was amazed to find out it was the same machine.

great deal!
