sorry I haven't set it up yet it's a Christmas present

I bought one yesterday. Very straight forward to set up and the internet is fine on it. Brilliant for the money imo.

Unless of course you're looking for a cheap TV, then buy Bush! I have had a bush LCD in my bedroom for years, great picture, plays almost everything I throw at it via USB and it's never let me down!

Hot from me, great value for money (which is the point of this site, not brand snobbery).

You can't grumble at Smart TV features for this money. However in choosing a TV Smart features would be at the bottom of my list, the reason for this is that they're a fixed quantity, sure they might get an update or two for a couple years, but at some point they will be out of date and limited or possibly even useless. For me I know I can hook up an external device that will give me so much more in terms of smart features than any set could hope to compete with. Anyway voted hot.

Note it's not HD.

Spec encouragingly states USB wifi dogle included, although ideally the wifi should have been integrated into the set to release the single USB port for the usual USB media playback options.

Note it's not HD.

Assume you mean the integrated tuner is SD, but the set is capable of displaying 720p HD via external sources / boxes and will downscale higher resolution content to display on its 720p HD screen.
Believe model number = LED32127HDCNTD, manufactured by Vestel and branded Bush for Argos.

It will output full 1080p HD. Info provided on documentation on the website

Argos webpage states screen has "Resolution 1366 x 768 pixels". Do you have a link to the doc you mention - I'd like to see what file types are supported, thanks.

Ok, found the manual and it can be viewed online / downloaded from
docs.google.com/viewer?url=argos.scene7.com/is/…pdf
Argos webpage and the manual both state screen res as 1366 x 768 pixels. Think the 1080p you are referring to is the highest resolution content it can downscale to display on its 720p screen.
Manual states it will play all the usual file formats including mp4 and mkv containers, nice.

Got to agree. Bush always looks cheap and nasty too. I would be embarrassed to have a Bush device in my house and for people to see it. Bite me

Heat from me, Great price and like you say, Perfect for my sons room.

But if it breaks in 1.5 years and you have to replace it, it hasn't been cheap has it? I appreciate your Bush (!) has lasted "for years" but a visit to the local tip will aptly demonstrate that there are a large quality of vestel-sourced "brands" that haven't.

Not to say that it definitely won't last for years, but there's a bloody good chance it won't.

i have the bush tv that comes with the 8pairs of glasses and 3 blu ray player from last xmas and it works perfectly fine so... yeah

Cannot place order for Delivery, Out of Stock for Collection

Any of you nay-sayers able to suggest a decent 32" alternative at £200?
Genuine question, with only a hint of sarcasm at the start. Looking for a cheap 32" HD set (720p wil suffice) to furnish the flat I'm renting for a short spell.

Great deal for all the people saying not worth it because it will break - I do worry about this but that's why I'll pay the extra £50 for 3 years coverage. So £250 for a 32 inch HD LED Smart TV...how can you complain?

That's the exact same as this except it says JVC.

Got this tv for my daughter it was so good I went to argos and got another one for my bed room. Great value for money.

I bought the Bush 32" 3D Smart TV as shown on the Argos site. Can anyone tell me when Bush will release their app as shown on the Argos video which allows you to control the TV, Stream pictures etc? The app you can download from the Google playstore or from the Apple store is nothing that shown. Very basic app...

i own this TV, and it has some great features for the price, I can confirm it is DLNA ready as i use the ps3 media server with it (with out ps3 connected) to stream movies straight from my pc/hdd.

It also has 2 usb slots, so if using wifi having the dongle in is no problem, i personally use ethernet/LAN cable as much more reliable. It has 2 hdmi slots etc etc, with many apps pre-installed (youtube, netflix, dailymotion, etc) for the price a decent TV

How do I set up the internet? IN NEED OF HELP!
