Walked into Argos extra on Angel Street in Sheffield this morning looking for a large new TV and after price checking many TVs I found this bargain! A BUSH 40inch full HD freeview HD LCD TV reduced from £499 to £299!! This is the cheapeast TV of this size and HD specs around. The deal is not available online but Im pretty sure you can get it instore anywhere. It is only available for home delivery thought and you will have to wait 3weeks but I have ordered one and can not wait!!

I just tried the link, seems to just take you to Argos homepage, hopefully this should do it.

Hot btw
Link amended. Thank you for posting and thank you wanderer89 for your help.
catch 22!
good price for a 40" full hd tv with freeview hd built in, but bush are shockingly bad
It's a BUSH.

You can get a decent TV for a couple £££££ more ... and, as picture quality is of the utmost importance, I would steer well clear of this.
A few weeks ago a 42" Panasonic Plasma was available at this price. £300 is currently too high a price for a 'supermarket' brand TV, when you can buy premium brand TVs for the same price or little more.

I would be surprised if this isn't a Vestel manufactured in Turkey, & rebadged as a Bush.
Great price seems like its been judged on its brand name rather than picture quality
Have a look at it first before saying its bad quality
.The reviews are quite good but then again they looked at TV not just the Bush name
think there are some brand snobs on here
not a brand snob, i know someone with a bush full HD tv and its absolute donkey ****!
loads of motion blur, colours look naff etc!
Just got my brother in law a 32 inch Toshiba for £284 from Amazon and it's a stonking bit of kit. I would rather have a smaller screen our pay just a little more than go anywhere near a Bush TV.

This is especially so when high specification are being pushed at a cheap price. This deal represents a £30-£50 saving. The claimed previous £500 selling price is a joke. The only "reviews" are on Argos are equally frivilous to tell you the truth unless you got another source.Bush is only a name they just buy in and brand them as bush it may be rubbish TV But could just as well be decent TV as how can you say Bush is rubbish when they dont even make the TV ? See it for your self rather than pre judge it with out looking at it

Cold, maybe cheap for 40" but given for a few quid more you can get a significantly better brand this is poor value

The type of people that buy bush TV's won't know what they're talking about though
argos brand name only.
same as Technika at Tesco, Matsui at Dixons etc etc
it'll be rebranded Vestel stuff.
avoid unless its to be used as a PC monitor
Had my fingers burnt before with makes like Bush ,Alba & Goodmans .Stay clear of them .
For those not insecure about the odd 3", here's a genuinely good 37" Full HD TV with HD Freeview for the same price from Amazon hotukdeals.com/dea…815
The TV works and looks great. I also had an acoustic solutions LCD Tv for 4 years and that was great also. £80 squid more is 26.66% more price, paying that extra defeats my purpose.
