Oooops. Need to edit this lol Dont know whats happened
Sorry about the post guys. Tried to edit it shorter. Anyway this looks a good deal for the spec. Hope it hasnt been posted before. Tried the usual search but couldnt find any.

2000:1 contrast ratio must surely be a typo on the argos website

cant find it

Well done. Thanks for that . Having terrible pc probs here. Rep to you:thumbsup:

do the voucher trick and get another £55 off (theoretically)

4 x £100 vouchers and 1 x £50 voucher (seperate transactions) = £450 + £45 in free gift vouchers, then another £10 gift voucher when you buy the TV

They've caught onto the 'voucher trick'

It's now posted all around the stores and even on top of the checkout machines, that it the free vouchers are excluded when purchasing Gift Vouchers

Shame about that. Still a great deal for this spec on a tv.

Why the cold vote? Can someone enlighten me please?

For my money its not a hot deal. The rrp is overpriced and the specs are misleading i.e. 2000/1 ratio ... Additionally its a bush tv so a budget brand. Anyone know who makes the panel ??

I am sure you can find better for the money but its all down to personal opinion.

Thanks for your comments. Oh I hate it when the cold squad go in without giving reason.
I already bought the sony 40v4000 but thought someone might like this one at the price.

Never mind cant win em all eh.

I couldn't sleep at night with a Bush TV in my house.

I'd rather have a 12" Black and White TV with a starting handle than one of their products, but that's only my experience of them.

I got a 37" Sony for that kind of money and would do the same again.

Voted Cold!
