First time putting a deal on,
Found this as have been looking for a big TV for a while now.
Not the best TV, but for this price you can't really complain!
I went out and bought them and they work great.
The main problem with the TV in the reviews is the sound, but connect the sound bar with it and it's top notch.
Sound bar should cost £42.
Comes under special offers at the bottom of the page.
Perfect tv if your not looking for something high end!

Well posted, heat

Great price

has already been listed - as I bought mine last Friday having seen it on here.

Picture quality is brilliant and supports (or appears to) 24fps cinema, 50/60hz refresh rates.

I thought the sounds was fine, until I picked up the out of stock soundbar two days later - wow, really notice the difference. As a package I can't fault it, given the xbox one a whole new lease of life.

ahh, it was this (slightly different price at £279.99)

Not the biggest bush I have ever seen but a very respectable effort nonetheless

thanks ordered for my partner. He's sick of our large back 32 inch. its time for an upgrade!

Very tempted to, a lot of tv (and sound bar) for the price. thanks op

Beware, I bought this a few days ago and the freeview tuner is only SD. Crazy, the picture looks fine watching a HD source via HDMI, but watching a TV channel via the built in tuner is a quite poor SD picture.

before I make my mind up - can anybody fault the specs or anything?

The reviews on Argos are generally very good - main problem is sound - but this comes with a soundbar.

I will use it via Sky on HDMI so shouldn't be a problem.

What about everything else - ok?

thanks - one for Sky and the other for Chromecast

Interesting - in the blurb before the tech specs it says:

every time I go to order the Argos site crashes!

well i think I have managed to reserve about 3!!! - wrong store to collect from but it is a nice drive!!!

I ordered one - then realised that I hadn't clicked on the deal with the soundbar.

So I ordered one with the sounbar and the site crashed.

Then I realised I had ordered at the wrong store and ordered again!

Still at the wrong store but I gave up then. Must lay off the Stella on a Thursday!

I didn't know Bush were still producing TV's, probably Polaroid quality, Sh1te

yes it's probably Beko or Vestel or somebody using Bush name.

I'll make my mind up in the morning whether I go to collect it or not.

stupid question where does the sound bar go?

as the saying goes, 'buy cheap, you buy twice'

Has anyone bought one and can confirm country of manufacture?

Tempting to get for my room but going to have to measure it up first

Well I have decided I don't really need it so I will save my money for something else.

Still seems a good deal though.

Even this has a better picture quality than the Bush.

Good price if you want a tv on the cheap

Deal should be marked as expired. Brought just the tv today with no sound bar.

Really good tv. Went from 8 year old 37 to this monster. Freeview sd is working fine and connected to virgin everything looks great.

Can't comment on the sound faults mentioned by others as I'm deaf in one ear - sounds normal none 3d to me lol

Big surprise was the usb play back. Tried avi, xvid, divx, mkv and x264 and all played straight away. Only x265 was only sound with no picture but its too new to expect it to work.

Ps4 picture perfect too.

You can get a Finlux 50" TV with slightly better specs for £229 delivered ( it has 2 USB ports and Freeview HD tuner )

My partner has the 40" version and the HD picture is excellent , and it has great USB media playback ( and can also record TV programs from the TV guide onto a USB stick , pause live TV etc )
