Asian Women love this stuff as I have just found out from my neighbour (it's not only for cooking)

LOL

hi, do you know what brand this is? - thanks

Even with the offer, it's still cheaper to clarify butter as you need it, especially as ghee tends to turn rancid quite quickly.
Personally, I don't bother with clarifying. I either just chuck in whole butter or simply use vegetable oil.

Has health benefits too taken in moderation (allegedly)

If it's the one they normally stock it's Plough, the one with the picture of a cow on a green/gold tin!

This offer would go very well with this one from Tesco too:

Mmmmm...so many parathas!

Paid nearly £5 a tin at my local asia store so this must be hot.

Hello, ghee should keep unrefridgerated for at least a year. (Wikipedia)

I use tesco unsalted butter. Voting hot for the price.

Which company is it? Tesco own label?

Ethyl Butryrate? Sounds yummy

Love ghee in a curry but its disgracefully bad for you.

superb deal, Tesco tomorrow for stock. Thanks OP

Nice one. I use this a lot and usually pay £2.99 per 500g tin in my local asian shop.

Bought these today, they were the KTC ones in our local tesco, thanks and heat added!
