Good deal, so hot from me. But it's shocking how much Toby carvery meals have increased in price recently. Not only them either, their chain also own Crown Carvery pubs and have increased the prices proportionately there too!! We used to visit regularly mid-week, save cooking/washing up. Not any more though.

the Carvery prices differ at various locations, some are £5.99, but of the 2 near me one is £6.49 and the other is £6.99,
which is still pretty cheap imo (these are weekday prices, i dont go at the weekend because they are rammed!)

Toby Carvery could be a "National Treasure'' but it falls down in a number of ways.
I'll mention two for now (there is a fair few).

Staff, dreadful, where do they get them from?, even the females have a very unfortunate agressive /passive agressive / doing you a favour, way about them.

Burnt vegetables, totally ruins the meal, the veg taste burnt, this brings out chemicals in the veg that give an all round unpleasant eating experience.

Where are the Directors/owners?, they clearly don't eat there.

I can only speak highly of the Toby's I have been in and they are great value as I get an additional 20% off food and drink being an AA Gold member. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful and food cooked very well, certainly not burnt. I mainly go to the one in Morecambe but obviously levels of service and food quality will vary from one to another.
I've signed up but no voucher...anyone know if it's emailed later? Thanks
If you go on a Sunday the price does jump up! They have offers on all the time but I don't mind paying their weekday prices. Ours has a "kids eat fir £1" on Thursdays anyway so we're regulars! Plus, sign up to their webpage and you get a free birthday sundae
