2pm i think.
And all the expectation is that there will be NO new models, not even a refresh until spring next year.
At least in Surface and surface book models.

Weren't there rumours they won't be refreshing the line until next year due to intel roadmap? There hasn't been any leaks / teases either...
way too much for a surface even combined its quite a lot!
So is it usually £971.10 or have they raised the price to suit ?
Incredible deal
Tempted to buy this, sell it for £70 less (or something tempting for the buyer and a quick sell) and keep the Xbox!
very good deal.
If the £200 off code worked as well I would be all over this :-(
If only it was a black Xbox one, I'd have got this. White will just look odd with all my Black consoles etc
hoping to get a cheap surface tablet before christmas so a refresh would help with that lol

I'm with you with that statement i'd get the new s version give my old xbox one to my brother but it would look very odd with all my black gadgets on my black tv cabinet !

I've got mine next to a PS4, it still looks nice a tidy, I wouldn't sweat.

Depends on who you believe. I suspect you are correct but there have been reductions and special offers lately and Amazon are showing the current models as "OLD model".

In any case, it would be a silly move to buy before the news comes later today - the prices are not going to suddenly go up the instant a new model ISNT announced!
not a bad deal, shame you dont get more games otherwise would have bought

Seems the Microsoft Store doesn't have the same price Curry's has though
Is this deal available in Ireland / Irish store? can't find Euro equivalent.
It's now changed to i7 8GB 256 and no longer i5.
Anyone know if XBOX S will work ok in the US? I'm moving to California next year, but this offer seems to be at least as good as any bought over there at the current exchange rate.

It's an awful deal, don't get it. Buy a £100 tablet for your "on-the-go" requirements, and then spend £800 building a high-end PC for heavier work and gaming.
Cold. Nice inflated price for the offer.

Inflated price? The RRP on this model is £1,079.00 and Currys have applied 10% off so cheaper than RRP

Yeah I personally like the more discreet looks of the older black model. There's a get version of the S that looks pretty nice though so I'd probably go for that if I were in the market for one.

Oh, do people still pay RRPs. I would recommend they don't. Still overpriced for what ot is, and as pointed out in an earlier post, the range will be updated very soon, so prices will drop.

RRP is controlled on Surface products by Microsoft, so yes people do still pay RRP. Still not inflated price, and as for it being overpriced, that would be a matter of opinion (_;)
like another user i am contemplating buying the bundle, selling the surface for £100 less and keeping the Xbox for the outlay of £100.
thing is how easy is selling a surface Pro for £871 (not to mention eBay fees)

should work, but you will need to change the region on your xbox live and get a plug converter
I can't see this offer on Microsoft website? If there, will they also give 10% discount?

Thanks

Link in OP for Microsoft should be correct (MS site not very clear about free Xbox but included in URL) Only Curry's discounting by 10% for the moment
