D800 will cost you £1999 in most of the shops. so here treat yourself with £200 off on most of FX lenses. for example, take the Nikon 16-35mm f/4 for £629! in Amazon, this would cost you £777. In John Lewis or Jessops for £829. Even cheaper than in hdewcameras which cost £759!

16-35mm lens cost £789 in DigitalRev saving only £30 from RRP
D800 is for £1559 which is much cheaper from (http://www.hdewcameras.co.uk/nikon-d800-digital-slr-camera-body-995-p.asp) but I'm not sure if they are grey imported to the UK as if it's, it wouldn't be covered by Nikon UK if things go wrong

Moafaq, DigitalRev and HDEW are both grey imports - so are Panamoz.

The grey/non-grey debate is one that will go on forever, and if you're willing to buy grey then you can save even more money. If you're not, this seems like a good opportunity to potentially save another £200...

Thanks for pointing this. I asked HDEW to make sure about this and they replied:

The first year of the warranty will be with Nikon and the next two years will be with us as your retailer.

Regarding the £200 off offer, it's valid till 31/May 2014. The lenses have warranty of 1 year. However, if you buy from John Lewis, they will give you 2 years warranty
