I am a Cadac Chef - does everything you need from boiling a kettle to a full on BBQ. Don't take anything else with you on a regular camp site (I'd rather cook over wood but regular sites that allow are few and far between). Looking for a new plate after years of wear for a very early model of this and found this bargain from a store where I've bought from previously so trust them

The Safari Chef 2 by Cadac is deemed as one of the most versatile BBQs on the market, thanks to the range of multi-cooking accessories which are included as standard - allowing you to cook food you never thought you could in the outdoors! Stir fry's, burgers, kebabs, steaks and fish - you name it, the Safari Chef can handle it.

Whether your camping, fishing, caravanning, at a festival, in the garden or any other outdoor occasion - this Cadac BBQ will help you on your way to creating those special outdoor moments with family or friends. This model, the LP, works as standard from a refillable gas bottle (butane or propane) but can quite easily be converted to run from disposable gas canisters thanks to clever a one-of-a-kind Cadac accessories, the EN417 Regulator.

Please Note: The image is for illustration purposes only as this model does not inlcude in regulator and hose, you will need to choose a hose and regulator that suits the gas bottle.

Lightweight and portable, weight less than 4kg and packing away neatly into a Cadac branded carry bag to prolong the life of the BBQ. The compactness and low weight is so great, thanks for more innovative features like folding legs and lightweight but durable materials used throughout.

  • Includes: Pot / lid, aluminium non-stick flat griddle, aluminium non-stick fat-free BBQ top, pot stand and carry bag
  • Cooking System: Burner and valve system and heat setting with automatic piezo ignition
  • Cooking Area Dimensions: 27cm (BBQ top) / 26cm (flat griddle) / 27cm (lid / pot)
  • BBQ Dimensions: 38.8 x 22 x 22cm
  • Weight: 3.6kg

I've seen it for less elsewhere. But yes an easy to use barbecue.

I have the older original model. A great piece of gear. Very portable as it folds to save space.

£83.00 is the cheapest I've seen it anywhere but not convinced on the seller. Bought a lovely little lightweight back packing tent from them in store

I got that, then found some for a fiver in tesco months later so got 2 spares! Great bits of kit, can't fault them.

Brilliant BBQ, so versatile 🔥

5% off for first time customers for signing up too their newsletter too. I'm quite tempted to buy this as traveling with my family in our camper this winter. I wonder if someone that owns it reckons it would be big enough for cooking for a young family of 4? (I realise it states 2) or should I look at something larger?

Did show this offer at go outdoors and they did beat it by 10%! Very happy
