Oh I voted cold didn't see it was 2 packs for £2
Pretend heat...

Nice find op

Esso service stations have 2 for £1 in Blackpool just before the M55, not sure if it's nationwide though. amazing how these go down in price months before easter so they can boost the price up in the weeks shortly before easter.

Cheap for a reason. These have been ruined with cheaper inferior chocolate.

good price to buy.

went in tesco all excited to see it starts tomorrow

This. The Kraft takeover has led to a number of poor decisions, this is probably the worst.

why do they still say cadburys on them if there kraft? n who buys eggs in a 5 unless u get hone n realise the sixth 1 was broken

10 you say?

Hehehehe, I've only ever subconsciously thought about this too mind (which is interesting really), some years back I thought it was just me that saw a shift in the tide like that?.

I was like .... !!!

That aside though, it still beats the current deal of these at PoundLand, of 2 Cadburys Eggs for £1.

So 10 for £2 isn't that bad at all really?. :-)

Hehehehehe, your 'anticipation' for tomorrow's chocolate blow-out will prove even more chotastic for you then, huh?, lol. ;-)

My bad!, then it's changed?.

As it was only 2 for £1 when I was in there only 1 week ago.

Fair enough though ...

Ewwwwwwwww!, YUCK!, hahahahahaha.

So 20p an egg not bad at all

I haven't had a crème egg since they changed the recipe to cheapen the product, and I don't buy Cadburys anymore. A cheap product sold at a high price, or even when that price is dropped a little isn't much of a bargain. (IMHO)

I was like .... !!!

Phew! I believe it has something to do with the laws governing retail. A retailer has to sell a product at full price for a set amount of time before the product can be in a promotion. Since they can't just increase the price of a creme egg I think they might put it on promotion now and then before easter it goes up to full price so when the demand is there customers will pay more.

I'm not sure if I'd even want ten Creme Eggs these days. Kraft have spoiled them.

And my fella paid 45p for one the other day X) when he sees this deal he be going on a rant

They don't taste very nice anymore.

Good for Easter Fairs and prizes.

Oh, it gets worse, imagine what colour they would be coming out, a nice mix of brown and white

Yep - taste terrible after they changed from Dairy Milk chocolate and I won't be tempted back until they change.

Thanks op, Tesco it is tomorrow X)

They're horrible since the new US owners changed the recipe. I wouldn't eat them if they were giving them away.

I don't think I've tried one of these since Kraft took over. I'm not too sure it's worth buying the 10 for £2 if they're really as awful as you're all saying they are!

Probably still worth 20p each given the rising price of chocolate, as long as you are not too fussy. Personally, I tried the new recipe and decided that if I wanted a cheap chocolate hit I may as well just buy a block of own label cheap chocolate than reward Kraft for ditching the Dairy Milk Crème Egg.

New? Kraft took over in February 2010!
Kraft then split into two companies in 2011 and Cadbury became part of Mondelez.

I will be there lol . Last year in lidl west Croydon went in I saw shelf loads packs for 50p . Bought about 30 packs . May have been more in the pack to . Great deal . It will be every man for him self getting these tomorrow lol

man poundland doing these packs for £2 I thought hell with that I saw the same packs even cheaper in lidl and I think pound stretcher . Yet 3 separate eggs for a £1 in poundland when I went back a day later . Hold of for lidl they do these packs for 50p after easter . But as Tesco doing this deal I be there tomoz

That's allot of tooth decay for your buck

Well I think you should try one, I think they taste the same. I only knew about kraft takeover from htukdeals.

Not this again *eyeroll*

Can anyone inform me if this deal contains caramel ones or not

Do they sell Creme Eggs all year round?

poodwaddlepcd

I get the feeling you voted brexit

What has voting brexit got to do with the price of cream eggs

Question are the mini creme eggs the same chocolate?

They don't taste the same at all, used to be addicted to the damn things, had none since.

Had one at the weekend and straight away I noticed that the chocolate taste/texture was off.

Galaxy or Cadbury Caramel eggs it is!
