Buy a dairy milk then. This is the whole point of a creme egg. How long have you been alive?

An Easter egg hunt at Sainsburys will be the same as one of their console games hunts, disappointing.

Most up here (Newcastle) have long since got rid before Easter Sunday.

Was in Morrisons Tynemouth yesterday and there were maybe 3 or 4 M and M eggs and that was it. Rest of the aisle had already been converted for another event.

Either retailers have scaled back orders or more stuff is on a sale or return basis.

I found that last year, places like Tesco & Sainsbury’s were getting loads of Easter stock about 4-5 days after Easter and reducing them to next to nothing, it’s probably overstock.
This is what makes me think that I’ll go Easter bargain hunting maybe Wednesday or Thursday when there’s a possibility leftover stock will be brought into store

i don't eat chocolate generally so i am not up to speed. interesting, so a creme egg is dairy milk with the creme in it? i will bear this in mind in future as i quite like the chocolate part of the creme egg.

Thing is though it isn't actually dairy milk chocolate they use anymore just to confuse matters
I actually feel sick just thinking about them 😝
Anyone else remember the cadburys crème bears? They used to bring the bears out at Christmas.Just a crème egg but bear shaped
They were good before Kraft re-Krafted the recipe. Now they're horrid and sickly.

that is no good then. i think the chocolate part of the creme egg is quite nice so it would be good just to get the chocolate part without the creme. i assume that there is no flavour which is the creme egg without the creme as stsonic seem to be suggesting.

i had maltesers easter egg and i like the maltesers with the filling but the chocolate on its own wasn't very nice at all. it tasted too milky, whereas the taste of the creme egg chocolate was very different.
Unfortunately the chocolate has become too much like Hersheys. Anyhow, a good deal and that's lunch tomorrow sorted

Clearing Easter stocks to put up the Christmas items
I know it'd mean instant diabetes, but I'd love an easter egg-sized creme egg .
None in Colne Sainsburys... no multi packs at all in stock. Singles still 50p, everything else half price.
i looked in my local store out of interest to see if they had these in as heads up in this post but nothing. they didn't even have easter eggs on sale. they just cleared them so there were no easter eggs on sale at all at my local store.
Love how this post hit 1389 degrees BEFORE Easter Monday and not one person has confirmed they got even one pack!!

Never knew this, Let's petition to bring it back! I hate creme eggs are only sold 3/4 months of a year - i do the panic bulk buy at the end of easter when it's reduced so to stock up and last another month week!

It's not dairy milk chocolate, it's a cheaper generic alternative
Ahhhh thanks

explains why i like the chocolate as i like the taste of cheap food and don't fancy the taste of fine cuisine

i did eat dairy milk chocolate many years ago when i was a child as my mum used to love dairy milk chocolate bars, but even as a kid, i did not like the taste of dairy milk chocolate so thought maybe i like it now as an adult. doubt i will if the chocolate part of the creme egg is not made of dairy milk chocolate.
Seems the staff have nicked them all. Unless anyone can actually confirm they have either bought or seem any on display?
Expired 'cos no-one has reported getting any!
product not available online what a tease
FFS... can everyone expire this already?
Picked em up for £0.15 each last night
