Save your money and watch Willy Wonka
Was a good day out, much better than expected. Wouldn’t venture far to go there especially again but definitely worth a visit if near the area.

cadbury world was a massive let down this year.........nothing to see in the factory as all the production has been moved elsewhere so you just got to look at posters of the factory at work ..and everything else was the same as two years previous
Agreed. A couple of years since I took the kids, but was a waste of money then. Long empty corridors to walk with nothing to see. Very expensive for a couple of Wispas!

not worth it at all was only good 20 years ago
I went around a year ago with a family pass bought for us as a Christmas present . As said above this is without doubt the worst ‘attraction’in the U.K I have ever been too. I have no idea what the heck that whole indoor cart ride with the dancing coco beans was all about but it was a mix of going to willy wonka’s and Micheal Jackson’s house for a sleep over and as bad as it was it was probably the highlight of the visit. Although we didn’t pay I still felt ripped off , will never go again !

About as good as a chocolate teapot, if you will 🤪
Went 12 years ago, great day out, went last year (Since Kraft took over Cadburys) Possibly the worst attraction I've ever been to!!!
Not at all the same place. Save £129 and avoid, plenty of other places that the money will get you a great time at.
Sounds like Kraft/Mondelez have ruined this - like the chocolate. Evil company. Maybe they want an excuse to close it down?
I live round the corner from this place in Bournville
Does it have a history themed area where the chocolate tastes the same as before kraft started mucking around with the recipe?

If you're going to go, make sure it's when they've got something on as well, my kids love Sooty and he appears occassionally, same price but it adds something to the day (we watched it 5 times). But I agree with the sentiment, it's supposed to be a chocolate factory, it wouldn't kill them to put in a fake factory so you can see it when you're paying £13 a person.

As for this as a deal, costs about £50 for a family to get in, I'm sure you can get a hotel cheaper than that!
Worst experience
I went there many years ago, it was boring then!
"This is where people used to have jobs before we bought the company, moved all the jobs overseas after promising not to, and changed the recipe of our chocolate so it contains butyric acid (the chemical that gives vomit its distinctive smell)"
A family pass is only £48.44 online so £155 with an overnight stay seems expensive, especially when they whole thing only lasts about 3 hours.

We went with our kids (aged 8 and 5) over Easter and we all really enjoyed it. Wouldn't be great with teenagers I imagine.

Took kids there a couple of years ago. They were bored and so were we. It's a terribly pointless place, with very little to do. The small bags of chocolate samples they hand you are a small consolation to compensate what will be a very uneventful day out.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Pretty sure Kraft will look to shut this place down and it will not be missed.
Dont waste your time and money the most fun interesting thing there is when some benches you sit on wobble left and right for 2 seconds during a video on a screen and suprise you. Dont expect to see chocolate lol. The only people voting this hot are people that havnt been disappointed by it yet

It was great years ago when you could see the production lines and machines at work.
Although I wouldn't say it's the worst place to go in the UK, I think it's lost its magic!
And here was a once great world renowned brand, if you look to the right you'll see what we've turned it into. "You can almost taste the disappointment"- Cadburys tagline 2018
