Ha ha ha - These jokers are now saying the STOCK CODE to my order was for the 2 pack not the 10 pack , even though there are no stock codes on the website or description of ANY of the items on the website . They are so nasty that they are going to the expense and inconvenience to send a COURIER to my house next week to collect said £9 worth of chocolate - rather than just admit the mistake and refund me . Cadbury would rather alienate its customers than apologise / refund ! BIZARRE TO SAY THE LEAST . Plus can you even send food items back ? surely they cant resell the stockings ? They are telling me that because i clicked through the op link that I was directed to the 2 pack stock code / not the 10 pack stock code but I believe that its more lies as many of you on here will have clicked through the same original link - but just not had the item delivered or maybe its soething to do with paying by debit / credit card and not paypal grrrrrr

I have been in touch with Cadbury today and they are accusing ME of ordering the pack of 2 - saying it was my error !!! said that the pack that I ordered was not the pack of 10 ?? Cheek - 1 person may have made this mistake but not many of us on here . I know what i ordered and went directly through the link from the screenshot above that deffo said a 10 pack - They have obviously had tech issues and are trying the BLAME customers for mistakes made by them . I understand your frustration in relation to your order. Unfortunately the link given on the third party website was not given throughout ourselves. The confusion has occurred as the two different listings had the same image but two different names. Unfortunately at the time you placed your order there was a technical issue with the website therefore all customers who did place an order for the Pack of 10 have been contacted and the issue is now resolved. So even tho I placed an order for the 10 pack like everyone else they are still saying that ' I ' made the error

I emailed Cadbury today to ask when my order would be delivered, I got a reply saying that at the time of my order there was an issue with the website and pricing, they have refunded my payment and sent me a 15% off voucher. I would be furious if I was you, I took a screenshot of my basket & confirmation email and they both clearly state that there was a box of 10. (mad)
