People are thick, how can a 64% discount be voted cold?

er a high percentage doesn't mean it's good value. If you've eaten at Cafe Rouge recently you will realise it's not very good value. It's usually off a set menu (not the main menu) . Cafe Rouge has had its glory days, it's quite poor quality now.

Because it isn't 64% off, this is false advertising. The set menu is £18.95 per person normally.

It is a decent deal though. Our Cafe Rouge is always great and we've been going for years, maybe other ones in the country aren't so good?

Cafe Rouge is not poor quality, that is just rubbish. The food is decent, a little overpriced on the full priced menu, but certainly not poor quality.

Exactly my thoughts. Seems pricey to me considering the amount of discount codes available for the red cafe
Is a drink included?

What's rubbish is your inability to read. i said it's poor value. The set menu isn't that great for the price - worth about £15 max at normal prices.

Erm, I think you don't even know what you wrote, which is a little worrying.

To quote you "Cafe Rouge has had its glory days, it's quite poor quality now."

I used to work at cafe rogue. Most of the food comes in packets and frozen. 'chef' just needs to warm things up and serve.
Thanks for posting. We have added this to the Highlights page
I had one of their burgers, and alful french fries .maccies is better tasting than there.wont be using them again.

As long as it’s good quality and tastes good, I don’t have a problem with this.

I found burgers and beef bourgignon to be very good. I have one half a mile from me so bought 3 vouchers to use over the next nearly 4 months.
thanks op

Agreed, that’s why I try and avoid chains, so annoying and sheer laziness.

I mean, what is the point in eating out if the restaurant can’t even be bothered to cook. Went to Nando’s today, never again. They’ve got laziness to a fine art. They can’t even be bothered to take your order. Surprised they don’t ask me to bloody cook.
Went yesterday evening using the Groupon from a couple of months ago. Food was disappointing, service poor and we said we wouldn't go back. So not for us.
Thank you! Amazing deal

dont get me started about Cafe Rouge. Cafe Rouge Bromley was brimming with flies, the service was abysmal, the portions were tiny and I felt like I was back in the bad old days of the 1980s. It was my first ever afternoon tea, first ever time at Cafe Rouge and was not impressed. Wouldn't go back even on a discount. They cant go to the wall fast enough.

Not sure what you're going on about, I've really enjoyed my visits to Cafe Rouge from the recent Vodafone offers and thought the quality of the food to be excellent.
Deal not eligible for incentive
Anecdotal of course, but I've found their children's burgers to be over done to the point where it was a chore to eat. Understandably you can't ask a typical restaurant to cook a burger medium, but in my experience Cafe Rouge would cook a smaller, thinner, child's burger the same as they cook an adults. Meaning it's a dried out mess.

Probably just a bad experience but as a result we don't order the burgers from them any more.

Chicken baguettes and steaks though, I've never had a problem and would consider 2 for £20 on the three course pretty good value.
cs are saying no codes will work on this promotion now
Got a burger from here recently and putting some extras on it like onions almost doubled the price. Tasted bad too. Trash!
Just visited cafe rogue last night, the menu contains A LOT of supplement payments e.g. steak or even beef bourguignon. Poulet bretton was only 2 small cut of chicken with a lot of mass potato.

I think Vodafone offer is better (2 for 1) as I usually can fit 4 main courses for around £30.
Have some heat.
