IF you were spending £50 anyway AND you wanted this game , THEN its a great deal

otherwise cold

after all the posts good or bad Where is the cheapest COD Balck ops PS game????

omg... seriously can be stop the hotukdeals bullcrap please, this is a hot deal, currys sell alot of stuff that people might want, so to then get cod for £19.99 the cheapest in the country, i would say its worth it.

I just phoned - the lady didn't knoww anything about but rang through to my local store and confirmed what the Op said

Having looked at all the other offers around for COD this seems a fair deal to me as good as the others around. If you want something for £50 it is an excellent deal, just like if you are going to spend £30 in Sainsburys......their deal is also very good. Some deals will work for some and not for others but it is a good deal even if it's not necessarily good for you.

I'ts a very good deal if you are buying something from currys

let's face it - you could easily justify spending £30 on groceries @ sainsburys than you could buying overpriced PC gear at currys.

this 'deal' colder than a witch's titty.

OP, - this voucher totally separate from the purchase of goods on receipt?

i.e few days later get refund ?

not always true, i know this first hand, i used to work their.

Plus saving £20 on the game, somehow i doubt you could buy £50 worth of stuff for £30 elsewhere.

good deal. if i go to currys/pc world i'm bang on to spend over £50. with xmas coming up you could kill 2 birds with one stone

unfortunatly the exact same reason i do not post deals on here now, i once spent 1 hour posting an entire sale list from gamestation, and got +50 heat, someone posted one game from the list (the first item funny enough) and got +300 heat... its about who is the most popular on here, those with lots of posts get massive heat even if the deal is crap.

This is a good deal....

codbo, look at it this way, even if you don't get any heat and rep, you've made a new friend.........

Not everyone buys groceries you know!!!

personally i think the tesco deal is the best - buy 2100 points or 3 mths live and get the game for £25 - i can always use the points

Now banned after sticking up one deal after less than 2 hours as a member? ...interesting!.

I wonder if that's the new way the moderators operate? You reach a chilly score of -150 and they ban you?. Or was it the suggestion of buying goods to claim the voucher and taking them back?.

Freedom of speech is great isn't it!

Why do you care about heat and rep? HUKD was never meant to be a popularity contest...

You've posted a deal that some people have found helpful, isnt that enough praise?

I'm going to go for this instead of the Tesco deal. I wasn't planning on getting a PSN voucher but I would have used it, but I was planning on buying a few Christmas presents from Currys anyway, so this is a cracking deal for me.

but this site is not about getting self centered heat, it is about posting anything that is a deal for individuals to make there own mind up about, as to weather it helps them or it dosent.

dont just go for the glow

If only PC World or Currys sold groceries I'd be more than happy. Looks like Sainsbury's it is.

i work at pc world/currys so on tuesday when i serve a customer whose gonna spend over £50 i will simply give him the receipt and keep the separate slip that comes with it. then later i will use that slip to black ops with 10% staff discount. hence i will get the game for only £18!

come on there must be someone with more brains on this board tonight?

You can hurl all the personal abuse you like, but no one is going to give you heat for what is a poor deal. First you have to spend £50 (which will be about £20 more than the shoparound price of what you buy) then you get (if you are lucky) a till spit to go back and buy the game for £20.
Great if you are just about to buy something from Currys, otherwise £69.99 for COD and something overpriced.

You're a douche

Shall wait until this is confirmed by someone actually getting this at this price

Thief.

Well I'm about to buy a TV, so hope this is correct, as will do this deal instead for me £20 is a bargain.

Great deal if you are in that position. I would still check they are doing this before you spend ages in store picking your telly!

did it work for anyone?
