Why anyone drinks this awful stuff i'll never know...
A friend of mine once refused to enter a bar cause it wasnt the nicest of places and he said he works too hard to be seen in places like this. We eventually got him into the bar where he proceeded to order a pint of this piss. Strange lad.

Bloody hell. All this lovely beer going to waste in the lockdown ... and they give us Carling!
I think supermarkets' have cottoned on to the fact that people are drinking a lot more at home and have started making their "offerings". The place was stacked with beer when I went in there this evening (someone gave me "The Fear" that their steak deal was ending.....)
Good post! More to follow, I'm sure.

This stuff is grim, not worth the calories

Chuck John Smiths , Coors, Budweiser, Amstel , Fosters ( actually anything by Heineken) into the mix .
Lovely stuff, my favourite actually. Pity I live in Sturgeon's Scotland where this will cost around £17
The local by me wants 19.99 for same. Refusing to pay and been sober for a few weeks, saved a good 30 odd pounds too so far.

Its vile! Plenty of alternatives, even for a few quid extra that do the same job but actually taste nice!

Except for Murphy's and Beamish which are both made by Heineken. Stouts that have flavour unlike the tasteless 'ultra frozen' guinness.

I think you still have freedom to move to Burton on Trent where this stuff is produced. You could probably get it free there.
I actually quite like a cold Carling on a hot day..
