I appreciate a little late in the 'BBQ' season given the tailing off of the hot weather... but might be useful if getting the patio heaters out

I had an old Calor gas canister that was about to run and wanted a refill. I checked around various recommended stockists from the Calor website.Cheapest I could get was £37 from B&Q, then spotted this on the go outdoors site..

If you have the discount card already then its £28.79. Otherwise add on the £5 annual membership and its £33.79.

I didn't have the card so paid the 33.79 - which was still £3 cheaper than the next price i could find locally - and I get access to the other offers Go outdoors have running too.

Happy BBQing!

NB: has been posted previously at different price, but this is yesterdays price-still a relatively good deal if near to a store.

'Late in the barbeque season'?
It runs well into October at our house!!!!
Plenty of time left for a good deal on gas.
All year for us!
Do you need an original Calor gas receipt for an exchange?
I don't have a receipt. I normally go to my local farm shop but this is cheaper

This is the first time I exchanged myself and I have the contract somewhere but didn't find in time to take with. They didn't ask to see it - and I had a sneaky peak and didn't see a directive in their "bar-code" book to check it either.

Thank you 🏻
Never shopped at Go Outdoors before. I get the £28.79 price with a discount card or £33.79 if you haven't (i.e. + £5 to buy a discount card) but is it possible to shop there without the card (i.e. buy it at the advertised Retail Price which says £31.99)?

I have no intention of shopping there again so this seems like the cheapest option for me but the discount card FAQs has a question saying "Why do I need a discount card to shop with you?". This to me suggests you have to have a card to shop there.
