I m sure that I have read somewhere that ibuprofen hides symptems of a serious illness?
I could be wrong though

Ibuprofen in OK for temperature /inflammation in children (unless they have certain conditions e.g asthma or on certain medication) however it CAN be dangerous in chicken pox as it can lead to a dangerous condition...you can read more here :
