I have these and they do sound good but the right one slowly slips out of my ear when I am running.

I have seen people use different size silicon buds for each ear maybe a larger bud for the loose one

They have different sizes of memory foam tips.

I always have the problem of dropping TWSs and these and the first to stay in!

Just bought a pair in black recently. They sound fantastic.

they look like you have stuck giant corks in your ears
    Avatar
You would think they make you look like frankensteins monster but they stick out only slightly.

Do the left and the right ones work independent of each other?

    Yes.

One thing I don't understand. As soon as you put them in the case, the case starts charging them. If I don't want to keep charging them from, say 80% to 100% daily then the only option I have is to keep them out of the case, and therefore risk losing them?

Apart from this, I think they are excellent and I have been really impressed. (edited)

AFAIK your not supposed to keep charging batteries to 100% so often. This is a luxury item for me! Lol

I've found the answer anyway. Holding down for 3s on both at the same time turns them off.

Thanks, been looking to replace my Sony WF-1000XM3's. Haven't had a particularly good time with them always falling out of my ears so I'm hoping this is a better experience. Also my Sony's case no longer charges, so unfortunately it's not just a problem with the ear-falling out.

    Appreciate it.

Try Jaybird vistas. They have wings on them that really help. Most earbuds fall out of my ears but the Jaybirds are great. Beats fit pro are great as well but with an iPhone. (edited)

Good price, typically I just bought some new (other brand) earbuds a few days ago!

    Incredible deal, thank you.

so tempting but how old are they? There also have the "touch" model with 7mm drivers but it's not got a design award as far as I can tell.

40 quid is just enough to put me on the backburner on these but I remain to be convinced. I am one of these luddites that has only just recently (last 2 weeks) got into NFC and bluetooth headphones just a week earlier than that. I have been wasting time with my phones....

I would totally agree with this my only excuse is my personal life goals have been the priority until about 1.5 days ago

you are so right I am missing out on the tech progress. I am one of these wired luddites (almost) so far.

Amazing price! I already have the touch variant but still tempted to get these as a backup. Thanks op

Bought these last week from the ebay store with 15% ebay sale for £42. Very happy with them at the price, but If i'd have paid the £120 ish RRP i'd probably have sent them back.

Pros: Sounds pretty amazing. Soundstage is nice. Clarity with volume is very good. The app is good and the EQ control is plenty good enough too. I'm hearing sounds in songs I didn't really notice in my last similarly priced pair of MPOW earbuds. Battery life seems good so far and the build quality seems top notch. Definitely feels like a premium product.

Cons: Sound quality seems VERY reliant on the tips and how they fit. My right ear seems better but even the largest foam-tip on the left ear seems to slowly ease itself out. Also, the basic cylindrical shape of these isn't great for people with specific ear shapes. My ears are pretty small so the hard edge at the head of the buds gently touches the inside of my ear lobe. Not been an issue so far but i'm aware of it. Our ear canals are not straight, so having the buds perfectly straight i'd say is bad design really (but maybe it's great for the sound).

Also for gym usage - when doing cardio, the left bud's willingness to wriggle out is even worse as sweat/clamminess builds up. Right ear is much better but, also being foam, they seem to absorb a bit of the moisture rather than just able to wipe it away as it would be with silicon. it took about 20mins of fiddling and 'drying out' after my rowing machine warmup before it didn't feel like it was trying to work it's way out.

I'm going to try the silicon tips at the gym and see if it's a better experience - although from quickswapping at home, they definitely don't sound as good as foamtips in perfect conditions.

Anyone have any issues with the left bud not powering on. Charged multiple times and nothing. Guess I'm unlucky and have a faulty set
    Avatar
Ok thanks I'll let you know how I get on

Just an FYI, ever since I've had these I've had a problem with the left earbuds. The same problem as @Zool had above and have been communicating directly with Cambridge's account about it. Tried to eventually reset them completely and the left earbud couldn't even be reset.

I queried this with their account and opened an RMA and they manually approved it and they're sending me another without it needing to be returned. If you're having issues I'd suggest you communicate with them about this.

i'd love to know what the new ones sound like

Is this worth the upgrade over the trusty xaiomi airdots? Or should I head towards AirPods Bose etc ?

That's a seriously good price! I bought some of these just over a year ago (can't remember what I paid, but it was a lot more than this!) and they're very very good. Bass is a tiny (and I do mean tiny) bit lacking, perhaps, but other than that, the sound quality is amazing.

You get a variety of different size tips in the pack, so they fit securely in your ears. I don't run with mine, but they've never yet fallen out when I've been walking around.
    Avatar
The presets make a difference, the 'electronic' preset seems to add more bass.

Seems like the deal is finished now, sadly.

Hot and bought. Thank you MrSwitch!

Ended up returning these. The bass quality only really shines with the foam tips which only come in medium and large sizes, neither of which fit my ears properly. The silicone tips don't seal as well so you lose some audio quality. Also found that they'd eventually get close to falling out if I chewed or talked on the phone with them in. A shame, as they sounded good with the foam
