Been posted before I think. They're sold out online, but they're reduced in-store although I suspect it'll be store specific. They were marked as reduced from £39.99 to £29.99, but at checkout they scanned as £14.99. I got a couple at the Whitstable store where there was at least 1 more left.

Getting clipped from behind then car drives off... Quite a common incident. The cyclist is generally sprawled over the ground. Similarly when a vehicles passes too close and clips/knocks you off with wing mirror.

I have front and rear cameras for my daily work commute. Very effective footage when both views combined. Used when a coach came terrifyingly close when overtaking me. Sent it to bus company and they agreed and sent driver for re-training.
I have also noticed that with the cameras I am involved in less 'incidents'. Suits me as I would rather have safer cycling than more footage.

That micro sd card slot doesn’t look particularly water proof:/

The slot at the back? I think that's where the Velcro strap for the seat post goes.
They last 3 months tops, not worth it

I'd say the covered micro SD slot and micro USB port (immediately adjacent to the red lens) certainly isn't waterproof, but no worse than most similar devices I've seen.

Is it rechargeable ?

Is it rechargeable ?

Yes, it's a rechargeable flasher, which isn't a bad price for that alone.

I bought mine at 40 quid. It's pretty good although quite hefty. At this price it's a steal.
oh, might pop to my local and have a look.

3 year warranty so if it pack up in a short period I'll take it back.
It appears identical to a model made by Cycliq, they are much more expensive even at the original Aldi rrp

My mistake. From the look of the OP’s picture I thought the grey clip attachment was the card slot.
Do they record when the light is off or only when it's on?
At first I thought it was a 'gaming' PC.

great deal if you can find one at this price....
It is indeed a Cycliq Fly6 rip off.
Yes, it will be store specific.
I thought these were on sale about several weeks, I would have thought it will be the odd store that had not shifted old stock.

Because it’s one of the most common incidents that happen to cyclists, getting clipped from behind

Either, although even with the main light off, there is a small little light
If you do get one of these make sure you update the firmware, it makes it actually useable.
Bought at full price, great light and camera, rubbish strap tho

I found this for an updated manual and firmware. I've not actually tried updating yet, but will report back when I have.

Firmware updated without problem and supposedly fixes a couple of known issues.
