It always makes me laugh the way they put 'sucralose based' when the majority of the ingredients is maltodextrin, i.e.- a form of sugar.

It's the same with stevia based sweetener, similarly again with stevia and erythritol.

IMO erythritol is one of the best sweeteners out there. Zero calorie, most like sugar and least likely of the sugar alcohols to cause bloating.

Xylitol is probably better to use in the long term, good for diabetics as has a low GI but still 30% the calories of sucrose (sugar).

Unfortunately neither of these options is cheap. It's crazy to think xylitol for example costs about £10/kilo.
