Looks good for a a 9KG Drum model, we have seen it down at about £207 a few months ago, but not seen it anywhere near since. Quite like the smart sensor feature (I have similar on my LG model) Basically weighs the load and adjust the wash accordingly.

If you're not a member it's £1 to sign up, well worth it to get some of these deals they've had recently, been some belters.

good price, paid 207 for the same model from Tesco direct but had to use a voucher code. Don't forget 2% topcashback on this too.

There is no such a thing as washing machine "weights the load". People get caught up on this stupid marketing lingo trying to sound modern and fancy in order to push sales for new (useless) washers.
None of the washing machines have weighing scales inside.
Water level is adjusted by water pressure switch - which has been in all front loading washing machines for ages. At least 30 years.
Nowadays adjusted so much that barely any water enters to wash(?!)

Having said that - good price for new washer.

Sorry I have no opinion on Candy or any other brand in that matter. You're better off typing this query on Google and see what other users of that brand say.

When we were looking for new washer, we went for the cheapest posted on here at that time, which happened to be Bosch varioperfect from currys (total 260 quid). A lot of people say bad things about bosch others only praise.
If you'd asked my opinion on that bosch after 1st wash I would say - don't buy it, doesn't wash properly. But we've adjusted water level switch to decent water level, now I can say it's fantastic.
All washers are now made for obsolescence.
And all of them have same/similar functions.

It's really up to your own preferences 're brand and wallet size.

Whenever I intend to buy white goods in the future, the 1st thing I'll do is search for (product name)+ product recall

It tells you a lot

Our last Candy wm lasted 14 yrs, used several times a week, never needed any servicing. We only got another candy because of the offer we got on it... Heat added.

Geeky website with full details of brands with a fairly unbiased view of who makes what and who is any good

I have this machine, whilst it does wash your clothes very well, and the clothes come out almost without the need to dry or iron, it is by far and away the noisiest wachine machine i have ever had, so loud I actually thought the bearings had gone when I first got it (they haven't)

the reviews of the software candy simply fi app seem to favour 1 out of 5. It doesn't seem to work for anyone.
Price looks good, but think I will give it a miss.

brilliant giff of the washing machine... having a tan-drum?
hmmmm candy, 9kg of candy...

This is Bosch series 4 water level switch. The white box with printed numbers pic 1.
This one you have to open 1st with flat screwdriver, there are clips at the bottom and then turn the screw clockwise. 2nd picture shows open switch.
We did ours 2 & 1/4 full turns.
Start with one turn 1st, if not enough water still, turn more. Test your washer on your preferred program, best with clothes in, before closing lid. If you see too much water turn screw counter clockwise to get less water.
Adjust to your own preferences.

When they say 9kg is that wet weight?

Not very good. I recently purchased a very similar Candy washing machine with smart touch, although it washes well and the app provides extra washing programs which is handy, there are just too many faults for me to recommend it.

The construction and the build quality reflects the £200 price tag. The Candy is too light and compact. It has a bad habit of shifting out of its position when it spins. The drawer is small and flimsy. The drum is not deep enough to hold 9kg of washing. Quality control from the factory is questionable; mine arrived with a fault where the drum made an awful knocking sound when it spun. The suspension didn't have grease on it causing friction on the drum. To reiterate what @IMT said, it's loud.

Spend a bit extra on a solidly built washing machine. Not on a tin can.

I think it'll be dry weight..

Unless you pre-wetting clothes before putting them in the washer...?
