  • Canesten Dual Action Athletes Foot Cream : Effective Antifungal & Anti-bacterial treatment for Athletes Foot
  • Apply the cream thinly to affected areas 2 - 3 times a day and rub in gently
  • It treats all types of athlete’s foot without inflammation
  • This dual action cream is both an antifungal and an anti-bacterial. The active antifungal ingredient clotrimazole works to eradicate the fungi that causes your athlete’s foot, while the anti-bacterial gets rid of the bacteria that can cause your feet to smell.
  • A topical antifungal treatment can be an easy way to combat your athlete's foot. Antifungal treatments effectively attack the main types of fungi that cause the infection, including dermatophytes. They are easy to apply and penetrate into your skin to relieve your symptoms. Always read the label.

Canesten (clotrimazole) won't work for everyone. If it doesn't, try lamisil (terbinafine).
Cheers bud the boys got a bit of athlete's foot
A good moisturiser cream is good for athletes foot they contain antifungal ingredients to increase the shelf life use on the feet after every shower.
I'm itching to buy this.
Peeing on your feet in the shower normally works too..
Tube only has enough for just over a week of application in my experience, proper treatment requires 4 weeks. People use this until it runs out, don't have itchy feet anymore so don't get more of it, fungus slowly builds up again and becomes a problem....

If you really want to nuke athletes foot, potassium permanganate footbaths are effective at nuking it after only a few goes. Just be care in that it's extremely toxic when injested and it stains your foot brown.

I'd rather a brown foot over having athlete's foot.

You can get potassium permanganate from chemical suppliers (some chemists stock it too). it'll be in the form of purple crystals. Fill a footbath or tub with warm water (enough to comfortably cover your feet) and put in a small amount of crystals, 1/2 a level tsp is what I used but it depends massively on how much water. If the water is a deep purple that you can't see through, it's probably too strong and you risk irritating the skin (light lilac is the colour that balances risk of irritation to effectiveness) .

A week of once a day 15 minutes footbaths at low concentrations will clear up even stubborn athletes foot that's spread to the whole foot and a lot of fungal nail infections (which are a pain to treat). At higher concentrations less treatments but a bigger risk of you reacting.

It'll turn your skin brown and stain any fabrics you splash it on. It's very toxic and undiluted is caustic (so don't handle the crystals with bare hands. You likely won't get it in a childproof container so absolutely ensure kids will never be able to find it (they could easily mistake it for flavored sherbert).
Don’t ever get this mixed up with the other cream
Ordered 2,got 12...2x6pack... That will last few years.
