Another price drop! Does anyone received their 6D mark II from eglobalcentral so could give some feedback their order.
Amazon is the cheapest currently at £1623 so I think grey import for £550 less is worth hassle..

I don’t know, it really depends on how much passion you have for your hobby and where you decide to put your money.
Some people like to soup up their car, some people like to do weird acrylic things to their nails. Some people go out drinking every weekend, some people build stamp collections. Different strokes for different folks
And if someone does decide to fritter away a grand on a camera shell, perhaps they’re fortunate enough to make their hobby a productive one! If you make a career out of it, the camera pays for itself really
"17. Import, VAT & Customs
17.1 To simplify the process of buying internationally, eglobal central choose to handle the process of custom clearance for customers. By purchasing products through eglobal central, you authorise eglobal central to make arrangements for clearance of customs on your behalf for the products in your order. As importing products from overseas can be a hassle for most of our customers, we organise this process for you. We then provide you with fast local shipping to deliver the goods to your door. As a result, prices shown on this website are the final total you have to pay to have the order delivered to your door, without any hidden charges and customs delay."
A grand on a car?! I’d rather walk for free. Would buy a 100 pairs of discounted shoes instead.
From a quick search I can see they’re selling Canon EOS 6D Mark II with the EF 24-105mm f/3.5-5.6 lens for £1510 if you wanted good value and peace of mind
A car for a grand? That sounds like a wonderful long lasting reliable investment

Wow
Not everyone lives in a world where they can fritter over a grand on a camera shell ! So have a quiet word with yourself .... and send me any spare money you have 🤔
Your camera can’t produce pics that camera can.

Shoes?! You don't know you're born. I'd go bare foot and spend it on food to power my walk!
You had food? You were lucky! We walked hundred and fifty miles a day on two pieces of cardboard and some pink tissue paper. Our dad ( 'e was thrifty like) told us they were wholemeal bread and ham sandwiches.
Like missy89, I've had amazing service from Panamoz (5DSr + 24-105 f4L + 16-35 f4L). Also purchased from eGlobal couple of times and had no issues.
EDIT: anyway I took a leap and ordered a Canon 10-18mm lens. it arrived today and inside had EU warranty leaflet so I'm quite chuffed. guess its an eu model. i'll be ordering from them again.
