that's pretty good, some of them are the difference between buying UK stock and buying on ebay so may influence some where to buy decisions.

Thanks for this, I'm waiting for a good deal on a 600D. Just missed a deal on Tesco Sunday night which was a 600D with 35-135 lens for £680. Expired at midnight without warning whilst I was looking for my Clubcard vouchers! Now £100 more.

£175 off my dream lens....70-200 F2.8 IS

have to make do with the F4 IS version

^ poor you.

I've had 3 cashbacks from Canon in the past year or 2 and had absolutely no problems getting the cash. Very easy and reliable and their kit is good quality too

It's usually around this time of year when they announce their new 500/550/600 series, so not sure whether to wait for the inevitable EOS 650D, or buy a 600D now.

Good offer, have some heat I however Nikon kit instead. Come on Nikon where's my cashback!

nikons got cashback on 3 of its cameras: nikon.co.uk/sit…=uk

Now to find the best deal on a Canon EOS 600d...

Heat added, but I wish there was cashback available on the SX40 HS camera which I want.

HOT! Took advantage of this cashback offer over X-mas and ended up getting my 550d with lens kit for £436 delivered from Amazon. May treat myself to a decent zoom lens now - any suggestions?

do you think they will offer me £60 cashback on my ef s 10-22mm lens i got 2 weeks ago im going to email and give it a go.

A good deal. I, too, have been waiting for a good deal on the 600d. Looking at the claim form it seems that Canon are offering £50 cashback on the 600d. I'm torn between this deal and the previous one offering 3 training DVDs and a voucher for a Canon training course. Has anyone seen the Canon DVDs? Are they good (content, duration, etc)? I've heard good things about the training courses (instructors really know their stuff) but, apparently, they are held in pretty out of the way locations.

Just out of interest does this work for outlet purchases on Ebay?

Where is the cheapest place to get a 550d or 600d just now?

Anything out there for a 5D Mark II?

pixmania were doing a deal with lens

Bit of a random question - I bought a 550d from the canon ebay store... do you think you can get cashback from this?

EDIT: Scrap that... I purchased on Monday so before this offer! Rubbish! Good price anyway.

Hmm, curious! I'm looking at the 70-200 F4L IS so this would be a nice helping hand!

It seems to me to be any UK retailer, so if you have a UK receipt showing VAT has been paid, they should honour it. Same story with their warranty, so I assume this will use the same principles.

Some nice cashback there, a shame none of that was around when I got my 70-200 f4 L.... or... *alters email confirmation date*

I did this deal in January:
pixmania.co.uk/uk/…tml
Extra battery and remote control
And you qualify for quidco and also the £50 from Canon

Unlikely, the T&Cs say that Refurbs do not qualify which is what the Canon eBay outlet sells.

VERY tempted for the £175 off the 70-200 f2.8, i've been waiting for a good price on this for a while. Fantastic find! Thanks!!!!

so when the form states 550D and 600D that's body only or those cameras with a lens of your choosing?

I want a 550D or 600D so maybe this is a good deal for me?
I wonder if you can use this canon.co.uk/eos…ce/ and the free backpack deal all in conjunction with each other?

I'm sure the cashback offer replaces the "EOS Experience" offer (i.e. free training course voucher and 4 instructional DVDs). I'd be very happy to be proved wrong, though If it was both I'd snap this offer up in a heartbeat.

It seems you'd still get the freebie backpack if buying the camera from Amazon.

I'm torn between going for this cashback offer (£50 on the 600d) and waiting for (the likely) return of the EOS Experience offer. I've heard very good things about the Canon training courses so if the DVDs are good then that package would be worth more than the cashback to me.

Would anyone care to comment on the content and quality of the instructional DVDs, please?

Anyone found any good prices for the SX220HS or the SX230HS, the best i can find is £169 for the 220 and £199 for the 230. I only really need the 220 but you never know if somewhere is over stocked and selling them off there could be some bargain 230s about.

anyone got any first hand experience of either of these cameras, as far as i can tell from reading reviews they seem to be about the best out there for picture quality.

Is camerapricebuster the most reliable site for finding the cheapest camera prices?

I'm after a Canon EOS 600D, and currently trying to work out what is the best deal, taking into account cashback etc.
