if you must have this camera and lenses then the price is decent - it is horribly plasticy though
Thats the same price as a hx400... I cant think of a way to compare the two.
Itd have to be something like this is the NCC1701-D and the HX400 is a raft made by early man.
You can get modern M43s for this price, or Fujis XA series. Won't vote ss it's a good price if you really must have a Canon, but it's a poor camera objectively.
It's a great price. I was looking for a new camera for my wife and this one is just so plastic in person it made me cry. I instead took advantage of some double cashback and got a 2000d instead. But £330 with to lenses, good DSLR starting point.
The 75 300 lens is awful.

The 75 300 lens is awful.

It is not awful for what it is meant to do. It is a telephoto lens and for its price bracket show me one lens that does better than this!!!

It is quite a good lens if you know how to use it, obviously not a L lens but then it doesnt have a ridiculous price as well.

It's a cheap telephoto lens that gives very soft shots, which kind of defeats the object of having a dslr

not if you know how to use A or Manual mode.
