Is this better than a cannon 250d?

Arguments in favor of the Canon EOS 250D:
> Better jpgs: Has a more modern image processing engine (DIGIC 8 vs DIGIC 7).
> Better video: Provides higher definition movie capture (4K/25p vs 1080/60p).
> Easier framing: Has an optical viewfinder for image composition and settings control.
> More flexible LCD: Has a swivel screen for odd-angle shots in portrait or landscape orientation.
> Longer lasting: Can take more shots (1070 versus 295) on a single battery charge.
> More modern: Reflects 2 years and 1 month of technical progress since the M6 launch.

Reasons to prefer the Canon EOS M6:
> Faster burst: Shoots at higher frequency (9 vs 5 flaps/sec) to capture the decisive moment.
> More compact: Is smaller (112x68mm vs 122x93mm) and will fit more readily into a bag.
> Less heavy: Has a lower weight (by 59g or 13 percent) and is thus easier to take along.
> More legacy lens friendly: Can use many non-native lenses via adapters.
> Easier device pairing: Supports NFC for fast wireless image transfer over short distances.
> More heavily discounted: Has been around for much longer (launched in February 2017).

Reduced further to £344.99!
I want a small form camera for my upcoming holiday to Japan. I had the original EOS-M which I liked. But I wanted something like an RX100 or G7X so I don't have to mess around with lenses. But this sure is tempting.
