I dont think this is the high yield version, I think it is just a standard version. Can anyone confirm?

good price for the original - can only find this on ebay at this kind of price delivered - so yes, hot! (but agree with above, don't think it's high yield version)

The PG-37 is the low yield version, this is the high yield. Enjoy!

I bought one recently, but the PG-50 is the high yield version, which just contains more ink. Play prices are very competative for official Canon ink. PG50 below:

my bad, looks like there are 3 different sizes - still a good price anyway, sorry folks

There are three different sizes, but according to Canon, the 50's aren't compatible with this printer, so the 40's are classed as high yield for the MP210

Oh, OK. That's confusing, but thanks for the clarification monkeyboy.

The pg40 cartridge is just over half full. Take the empty to a CARTRIDGE WORLD shop and get it filled up to the pg50 amount. take top off and see how little ink is in compared to cartridge size.
The smaller cartridge no 37 has an even smaller sponge inside and they have filled the void with plastic vanes to keep the sponge at the bottom.
Stick with the older HP printers of the type that takes no 78 cartridges and get value for money and they will outlast any of modern printers for quality and reliability.Or if you want a canon buy one second hand that takes no 6 cartridges.
Todays printer manufacturers are ripping people off with cheap construction and unreliabilty and VERY LOW INK VOLUMES.

yes, that's what I meant by high yield (to confuse further!)
