This was post over 6 month ago but it seems that Asda is doing this offer again. As its such a good deal i thought id post it back.

Maybe not best printer ever but for £15 its a bargain!

My Asda store (Dewsbury nr Leeds) had about 10 of these on the shelf. I took a photo and im not just figuring out how to add to the post.

Hi
Thanks for posting. And welcome to HUKD.
Be careful not to create duplicate merchants. By creating another merchant called Asda will cause problems as they already exist on our merchant database. Emmajk42 / Juliet_Bravo wrote a couple of very comprehensive and excellent guides for newcomers to HUKD here: - hotukdeals.com/ite…ne/

They are well worth taking a look at.
Again, thanks for posting, and welcome to HUKD.
Kind regards Andy

I have added an image to your post.
This is a link, made by rayman, which explains how to add images in great detail. It’s worth taking a look at if you are going to post more deals in future : - hotukdeals.com/ite…hr/

Well it gave me a choice of

Asda.com InStore and George
Asda direct
Asda Financial
Asda Mobile
Asda vouchers
Asda Travel
Asda Entertainment
Asda Magazine

And i didnt want an of these. The offer is available in store only. If i would have selected the first option that would suggest its online and its not. Asda direct refers to the catalouge and again this is just an offer in store.

Thanks for adding the pic. I spent 15 mins trying to locate a help section for these thing and i tried using search but to no avail. Maybe it could be worth adding stiky posts or at least a help section?

And if there is one then maybe making it clearly for users.

Sorry im not having a go at you its just this site really doesnt help itself sometimes nor make it easy for new users to post deals

Regarding links you can either use the ones I've provided or follow the links in my signature or on the hompepage there are links also

Sorry to bang on, but the ink price makes this a poor deal.

How many photos will I get out of the bundled inks?

Is it any good for normal a4 black and white office stuff printing?

ouch £13 for remanufactured carts with 15ml of ink.

I'll stick with my Epson BX300F where a set of carts costs a fiver

Buy a cheap laser for £50 will cost a fraction to run compared to something like this and will turn a page out in seconds rather than minutes AND you won't have to worry about it getting smudged when coming out of the printer

Yes. We've had a laser for years and it's better, cheaper, faster.

my girlfriend purchased this a while ago at our local asda (london/edmonton). It's an OK inkjet printer, nothing special. Like regcar said the ink is quite expensive too, and forget printing photos with this thing! good price for only printing documents on the odd occassion though.

crap printer, expensive ink, poor results, don't waste your money...
