Was looking at a cheap wifi printer.

Have had bad experiences with epson & lexmark, good with canon, so for me personally looking for a canon.

Not a top of the range model, but not a top-of-the-range price.

Great deal heat added

Whats this like?
my printer has just died, want a basic printer, scanner would be good (as mine has one), not bothered about wifi but would not mind Importantly print mostly draft B/W, but do want colour. Don't want to spend loads on ink and have to use branded ink.

I have this printer and I bought it from Morrison for £29.99. Still not a bad price and it is a really good quality printer as well. My first printer that hasn't broken down within a month

thanks for that.

How long have you had the printer?

Realise that a price of "29 means this is not a great deal at the moment, however, if it is a decent printer with the right features for my usage then it would still seem a good choce for my needs.

did a compare here of MP495 versus MG3155

canon-europe.com/For…ts/

however MG3155 does not appear so took MG3150 as next best!!

overall very similar do the look yourself if interested in specific features....

what struck me was

Interface Type - Non PC :
MP495:
Over Wi-Fi: Android devices¹, iPhone², iPod touch², iPad², Sony Playstation 3

MG3150:
Canon Easy-PhotoPrint app for Android devices¹
Canon iEasy-PhotoPrint app for iPhone, iPad iPod Touch²
.. not sure what all the references mean!! Might involve firmware or other restrictions.

The MP495 has an LCD display MG3150 has LED display!

MG3150 has duplex printing!!

hope this helps someone...

Gone up to 39.99 on the website

Jiff you are a bell-end!

Anyone know of a cheap printer that also prints cd/dvds?
