Good photo printer with decent priced prints compared to those silly little thinks that are all the rage.

My worry with these are that the cost of ink and paper will just make it unused, cheaper to just order prints online.
Yea, I hate those little thinks.
26p per 6x4 print isn't too bad, certainly better than the 50p per 3x2 print on the HP Sprocket
What a name. I would've plumped for Cannarcissist.
Have a little thing and love it, take everywhere with me and always a hit
Oh i didnt know they still made selphy printers wonder if the ink and paper is compatible with mine, lovely little things but i don't print much so still using a load of "ink" (plastic roll stuff) and photo paper i got years ago i think it was half price at the time.
Refill is currently £26.42 for 108 prints so that's just less than 25p per print. Pretty reasonable really.
snapfish is 9p a print. as others have said, i think these work out very expensive, its not 25p a print when you havent considered paying £77 for the machine

But these aren't for printing in bulk, how much would would 1 or 2 prints cost delivered? It will be a fair bit more than 25p
I've had 2 different Selphy's, they're fine for a while, but the heads clog and are almost impossible to clear. Good while they work, but not for long
I've had my Selphy CP400 for over 10 years and printed reams from the KP36IN replacement kits. The photos also stand the test of time with a final clear coat on the print to make it more durable. This uses dye sublimation technology with truly outstanding print quality . Pictures have to be lightened sometimes to accurately represent what is on screen, especially with mobile phones. Not sure how the the Snapfish 9p print compares to this in terms of quality and what the newer Canon Selphy models are like in terms of durability. Otherwise a cracking deal with Wi fi, on board editing functions and a screen. HOT lightning deal ending very soon!
I can't believe they still make these. You find them in charity shops all the time. I just assumed it was because the refills had been discontinued
i got a Samsung SP-2020 years ago for £25. Just a rebranded Selphy with different firmware. Works perfectly - yes prints are expensive but for bulk prints its always better to use one of the man printing companies. But when you need a single picture quickly it is far more convenient. I can't count the number of times I have used it to produce pictures for passports. Much cheaper and better than going to a passport place/machine.
