Does it come with base ? safety warning says " must be used with a suitable base" ?
How do you get free delivery? Coming up at £4 for me
The 3 year warranty is a plus, They do not come with a base
Do they sell a suitable base ?
    No free delivery
for info a proper base will cost you at least the same price as this

Do they sell a suitable base ?

buy two paving slabs, I use this method and it holds the umbrella stable.
Got one of these, had a new patio last year and didn't want to fasten it to that so dug a cross in the garden and cemented the base in to the soil. Used a couple of bags of sand and cement. Definitely need to be fastened or anchored somehow. Heat added.

Perfect for all the rain we've been having and will continue to have!

Heat added for the bargain price though.

Various methods of holding these down, in a slight breeze very unstable so be warned!
Can't recommend these in UK climate .bolted ours down through decking but a slight breeze will have it bending all over the place with inevitable snapping of plastic hinges.Needless to say it ended up in local tip.
They do look the part though
We paid about £60 for one in our local Taskers which we thought was a bargain. We bought 4 paving slabs, about £4 each in b&q. Don't leave it up, and get a Velcro tie to stop the wind picking it up when it is down. One downside is that apart from lifting the angle of the parasol up and down, it does not pivot so you cannot swing it around. This means that if you do screw it down or concrete it into a fixed position then you wil never be able to pivot it or move it out the way.
protect us from the rain at least. lol

Isn't that what the 3 year warranty is for?
