Canton’s DM55 sound base suits small/medium-sized TVs. This 6-driver design transforms TV and movie sound, plus offers wireless music playback, all in a sleek, glass-topped box. Upgrades from last year’s Award-winning DM50 include enhanced sound, even clearer dialogue performance, power-saving features, easier Bluetooth streaming and extra remote control functionality. Another new feature is Hotel mode, which allows you to set maximum volume levels.

The DM55 continues to offer class-leading sound, plus advanced functionality such as lip-sync adjustment, aptX Bluetooth support, control from existing TV remotes and multiple input support. It comes in a choice of white, black and silver glass-topped finishes.

Got the DM100 in silver, superb bit of one box solution kit for under 400 quid. I am probably going to invest in a sub to hook up to it though so I'd say it's a given anyone buying this smaller 55 would be well advised to factor that additional cost in if they buy it.
