Quick example of holiday autos,

A month ago I was in Sydney Australia, booked through holiday autos online the agent they used were thrifty, upon collection of car holiday autos had not got the booking through to thrifty. Which meant no car :x EVEN THOUGH HOLIDAY AUTOS TOOK THE MONEY

2 weeks ago upon collecting the car from redspot in Melbourne Australia the plastic wheel trim/hubcap fell off within 10mins of leaving the depot....on a rush hour freeway!, even though I had full cover through holiday autos you still have to pay the excess and then claim it back later (if you meet the correct criteria!) this time it was $750 (£325)

Better shopping around direct, oh and the 24 hour support number i think is 1 bloke with a mobile....if someone else is calling you go to voice mail :x not what you need .

Have had also bad experience with Holiday autos, so this summer for my trip to Lisbon I tried to book directly from car rentals companies, contacted about 6-7 companies, but still couldn't get any car, absolutely sold out. Had no choice, had to seek brokers' help again since they have special agreements with agents and have better chances to get a car. Everything went more or less smoothly except they charged me twice and I haven't had all my money I counted with on my accunt till they returned it back.
So it depends on location and obstacles, sometimes brokerr are irreplacable.

thanks for feedback guys. will avoid. thanks
