I think it's reasonable to pay him a decent salary.
And how do you know this to be true?
It's a disgrace to pay that much to a CEO from charity money (mad)

The charity that provides no accommodation despite its name. I give money to Salvation Army. They have homeless shelters across the country and do excellent work.
More people than you would imagine are 1 pay cheque away from it.
This year has been a real eye opener for me. Anyone can become homeless. I helped a lady in a wheelhair get something from a shelf the other day, and she couldn't have thanked me enough, it was only when I went outside, that I saw her singing xmas songs, with this guy who begs and another guy. She couldn't have been more please that id helped her, and it was just a simple thing I done for her. these days anyone can be homeless in a heartbeat, wether a partner throughs us out, or we have a death in the family, if people don't have any friends to fallback on, then they are stuffed.
Not as far as I'm aware, I saw it this morning on a Armed Forces veterans FB page.
Oh I do apologise i was quoting Thomas not you haha take your time no rush i think he has muted me i sent him a message after he sent me a barrage of abuse yesterday and he is ignoring me... not very nice or mature. Shame I didn't see this deal a while back as I've sent out all my cards. Still good for next year though. Thanks OP
