Important. This deal is not a guarantee there will be any stock in the store, so please don’t make a trip you wouldn’t have made otherwise just for this item - we should all limit our time out of our houses to help slow the spread. Please also shop responsibly - don’t stockpile, and consider whether you could help out any vulnerable neighbours or friends.

From today available in all Aldi Stores. I know there is not much difference in the price compared to the others retailers but it's quite hard to find them these days.
Offer valid while stocks last.
Plenty of them in my local store Gillingham Business Park.

Be safer staying in and having none than venturing out to buy this!
I tend to believe that you guys don't get it. Stop saying better to stay home and wash the hands.
There are people, people like me, who are key workers who are forced to go out. We can't stay in house and we can't wash out hands all the time. We depend in someway on this products.

They also had these in homebargains for the same price
aren'twe trying to kill a virus not a bacteria?
Ah what we really need is a 99.99% virus killer.

from the nhs site

Bacteria are a one-celled living organism whereas a virus is little more than a section of DNA covered by a protein shell. Bacteria cells can reproduce by themselves while a virus multiplies by attaching itself to a living cell – killing it in the process. Amongst all the organisms that can infect humans, some bacteria are now known to be less harmful than once thought and some are beneficial.

Not all carex antibacterial have alcohol in so with no link or proof the picture used is the same one on the shelves then I wouldn't advise going out in the hope it does contain alcohol.
Any limits on number allowed? Otherwise there ain't gonna be much left.
2 per customer
Stay inside (unless you’re a key worker). Use soap & water to wash hands regularly. Observe Govt guidelines. I wouldn’t buy at this price anyway or risk my own safety or that of others in the hope I might be able to get some. Stay inside.

Well done mate. Thank you.
I’m actually a key worker myself & no I’m NOT making it up. I AM. I’ll be back out at work 1st thing tomorrow morning. Like I have been doing for the past few weeks.

Not really. Hand sanitisers do work against viruses. They are effective as the virus that causes Covid-19 has a lipid envelope, which has been proven to be susceptible to sanitisers with a high percentage of alcohol.

£3.25 wilkos had plenty in stock
Is this is at every Aldi store?
Stood in line 3 weeks ago with a lady out trying to source this stuff for her 93 year old mother, I was amazed at the stupidity of it. First of all why is your mother not washing with soap and water as will most likely be a home and secondly why are you increasing your risk of giving her the virus? Unfortunately too many have this stupidity in mind hence the cases are shooting upwards.

Yes, some people don't get this. Key worker here too and work can't provide PPE or hand gel, well, it seems the delivery takes forever. Voted hot!

I've been trying to get this on my tesco orders for the last few weeks, always gets subbed so if your passing it's a great buy

Went to Aldi the other day. Apparently they analyse daily purchasing and limit stock based on that.

Had a few things taken off me which no signage stated they wouldn't. Wouldn't of particularly classed it as bulk buying and there was plenty on the shelves.

Just means I have to venture out more regularly which I'm trying to avoid being a key worker and with two young children
Same at superdrug
In store deals still allowed I see, shame! Stinks of incompetence/negligence. I'd rather get banned than say nothing. Shame on those running this site.

Given that home delivery slots are difficult to find, you may be surprised to know that people are still going to store to do their shopping.

I don't think this site encourages people to go out. People still go out to do their shopping. Probably not as often as before. It's good to know they have this in store, I really much doubt it people will make a trip particularly for this product.
Somebody mentioned that Home Bargains may have something similar in stock. I'm going to my local Asda tomorrow, HB is next to it. Had no plans to go in HB, but I'm a key worker and need this, so I will stop to HB thanks to people who posted this deal and comments. If anyone goes to the shop just to buy this product, I think it needs some mental health intervention, however the key workers still need it.
Same loads in Superdrug with couple other smaller variants, just been there. Plus 20% for NHS and 10% student discount. Spotted in SD kingston park newcastle

Ours had it but doesn’t show alcohol content in it on the bottle.
