With Easter here and summer fast approaching the missus asked me to get a Badminton set in for the kids. She found one at Tesco for £20, but it was a no-name brand. I found this Carlton set at Amazon for £11 + 3.99 shipping. Reviews are ok (obviously tempered by the price - we're not buying professional stuff here).

CamelCamel page looks like a yoyo with it bouncing between £30 and £11 often, but no lower than this.

Funnily enough, we have a few of their mugs and the wife thinks they're brilliant - holds a REAL mug of tea!

Bought one of these for the summer last week.

The net is very flimsy and will need strategically placed string to keep it ,staying upright.

Also if you take the foil off the racket handles, the black handle tape will start to detach. Would try the dunlop kit as a result but suspect that will be the same, as it's quite a lot of 'stuff' for the ££.

if there's a near local, it's the same price. i just bought a set last week in store.

Sainsburys were selling those for £9 yesterday. down from £30 something.

the dunlop gets slightly worse reviews but £2 cheaper
if you go thru topcashback then to sports direct u get 5.5% discount

I've got this set - it does ok for the kids but the rackets are really heavy and not strung very tightly. I'd spend a wee bit more next time.
