Ordered, cheers Andy.

Thanks! Bought for brother who was born in 1992

First band i went to see live,

Sky west and crooked
Twisted and strange as ****
Outside the bookies
Window shopping for a change of luck
With love in our hearts
We've got it in spades

Sky west and crooked
You could have been the talk of the the town
But the whole place stayed speechless
Your upbringing brought you down
With love in our hearts
We've got it in spades

If we club together
With all the diamonds we've saved
We could look to our hearts and say
We've got it in spades

Sky west and crooked
So your whole life has been a catastrophy
But don't kill yourself stupid
This ain't the dead poets' society
And with love in our hearts
We've got it in spades

If we club together
With all the diamonds we've saved
We could look to our hearts and say
We've got it in spades

I have lived almost 50 years, and I've seen life as it is. Pain, misery, hunger, cruelty beyond belief. I've heard singing from the taverns, and the moans from the bundles of filth on the streets. I've been a soldier and seen my comrades fall in gunfire or die more slowly under the lash in Africa. I've held them in my arms at the final moment. These we're men who saw life as it is
Yet they died dispairing. No glory no gallant last words. Only there eyes filled with confusion wimpering questioning why? I do not think they asked why they we're dying, but why they had ever lived

great stuff

Although TLA is great, I think 30 something was their finest hour.

An absolute classic! I love this album and was only thinking about it this morning.

I've slid down bannisters
For judges and barristers
Readers wives husbands with toothless decay

I've been GBH and ABH
For a packet of B&H

Right, I'm off to dig out my CD

Feeling the Carter love.

top band, love the lyrics, gonna add this to my carter collection,

Good find Andywedge! Carter USM biffed Phillip Scofield live on telly. Hot from me!

Best band ever, no question. Gigs in November last year were awesome. Hoping for more next year. One of the best albums ever. I'd buy it if I didn't have it already.

Hello, good evening, welcome to nothing much. Ace album but I think the earlier, edgier stuff was better. Gonna be buying cos I only own on vinyl

That's a + 1 from me.

Sorry people but 101 Damnations and 30 something are great, this was AWEFUL! Last album of theirs I bought and pretty much killed their true following

went to their gig at Canterbury Uni, it was so LOUD I've had tinnitus ever since. But hot.
