Seems a good price but it's a discontinued model so no direct comparison on price as far as I can see.

I'm not sure of the point you're making.
Purchased the Yamaha p125 for £465 from amazon. So this does look good value for money with stand etc. How does the piano compare though? I've been reading great reviews for the Yamaha.
Hows this v yamaha 125?
If space is a issue then look at Casio PX 760 it's the same piano but in a more compact cabinet.

I have just been reading some details about this piano, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, this isn't portable. So it looks like if you want portable then Yamaha p125 is your better option (I could be wrong).

Point m making is the same was posted less then 2 months ago and well received - so what has changed in the 2 months - given its a lower price point

a) It has become more obsolete (hence the extra price reduction I expect)
b) It's quite possible that current models have reduced in price since
Any opinions on the actual piano???
I am a fairly accomplished pianist and have an ageing upright which we have had about 40years - but am considering the move to digital - mostly because of space and the fact it doesn't need tuning etc. How is the action/ sound / touch etc. of the piano? Or would another model be better?? Thanks in advance
I bought for my daughter in September.

Its a very nich quality piano. Nice feel to the weighted keys and quality construction

Casio doesn't have the big name that Yamaha or Roland do for a digi, but they have been doing work with Bechstein recently, who know a thing or two about piano keyboards.

I bought my Roland second hand, but went and played many models first, and was going to go with Casio before I got a Roland off ebay at a price i couldn't refuse. The action on the Casio was beautiful. Bechstein made the keyboard, Casio do the electronics, and have sampled some Bechstein grands.

If you are a pianist, the only thing to do is to go and play these things. If you buy it and after two months you don't like it as much as your current piano then you will grow to hate it!

I have had a Technics digi for a long time. It's better than a keyboard if you don't have the space for an acoustic piano but doesn't really compare to the real thing IMO. Had a mess with one of these Casios in Costco a while ago. It seems ok for the money, nothing more. They always seem to be around this price in Costco anyway.

Nothing will ever compare to the real thing, but having headphones for when the kids are asleep, always being in perfect tune and having electric piano and harpsichord sounds are all fairly cool
Back to normal price I'm afraid.
