A tried and true style great for casual wear - and a great price.

This Casio classic watch has great features, including its daily alarm, hourly time signal and auto calendar. It means you will never need to worry about missing an appointment again.

Microlight: A built-in light illuminates the watch face from the side.

Stopwatch function: Measure elapsed time, split time and final time with 1/100-sec accuracy. The watch can measure times of up to 1 hour.

Daily alarm: Reminds you of events that recur every day, by emitting an audible signal at the set time. In addition, an adjustable alarm alerts you when every full hour has elapsed.

Automatic calendar: Once set, the automatic calendar always displays the correct date.

12/24-hour timekeeping: Times can be displayed in either a 12-hour or 24-hour format.

Resin case and band: Natural resin is the ideal material for wrist straps thanks to its extremely durable and flexible properties.

7 Years - 1 Battery: The battery supplies the watch with sufficient energy for approx. seven years. It takes a CR2016 battery - please see product links for the great value batteries that we sell.

Fantastic watch for manual work. Can take a hell of a beating.
People bashing this watch is rediculous. It hasn’t had an update at it reached practical perfection in the 1980s.
What other elecritical device can you use all day every day for 12 years on a single battery? Is waterproof, light and slim? And even has a stop watch and a light..... all for under a tenner?

Go Casio, you rock dude!!

I've used 7dayshop before and I can assure you this is genuine. Heat added great price for an iconic piece.

watch is for tiny wrists, and the light is useless

Great for kids for school. Don't have to worry about it getting robbed or smashed etc

Cheap to replace
great watch for reffing
If you’re Asian do not buy this watch it will get you locked up in Guantanamo bay. No joke

Lol, I think you’re missing the point. It’s retro appeal. Name one piece of 30+ year old tech that isn’t junk next to its modern day counterpart. That said, these things can take a helluva beating... try treating an iWatch the same way and watch it disintegrate. This isn’t a watch for the snowflake generation.

Bought my 1st one in 2014, loved it so much, the strap broke a couple months ago and so I happily got a replacement, and a backup one too. I wear it every day.

Yes but this has the unfortunate benefit of not only being technically inferior (which I don't really mind), but also being ugly as hell.

No such thing as an iWatch, but Apple Watches are surprisingly robust. Waterproof, sapphire glass etc. Can't beat a good mechanical though in my humble opinion.

Technically inferior to what? It’s an 80’s watch that costs pennies. It is what it is. Of course, I love mechanicals but if you want retro a quality one from this era costs a fortune in comparison. A modern day mechanical wins out sure, but that’s something else entirely. The retro appeal is what this watch is about.

Technically inferior to watches brought out across the last 3 decades? I'm not sure I understand the question.

The gold version is so bling yet retro
You could bring this one back Casio.

Yes of course, but that’s a given. It would be like buying a classic 30+ year old car... inferior in every technical way to a modern one, but that’s not the point. Retro appeal is all it’s about.
I have known this watch since it first came out, and this has aged significantly better than me...

Yea but you don't buy a 30 year old banger, you buy a mustang or something decent. This watch was never anything special, it was cheap and functional.

I have no issue if someone likes this and wants that look, but I guarantee you the majority of people voting this hot would never buy or wear this. It's being voted hot purely for nostalgia.

It’s the perfect, purely functional watch for when I don’t want to wear my proper watch....kayaking, manual labour, going to gym, on holiday etc....Ol’ reliable.

Except it's ugly as hell. If you want pure function, why not grab a g shock for circa 30 quid that will add shock proof, far more water resistance, alarms, stopwatch, worldtime etc etc and doesn't look like it came out of a christmas cracker.

Anyway, each to their own, I just think the heat on this is driven by nostalgia and not genuine interest in the deal.

Because as soon as you start to spend £30, £40, £50 on a watch, it might look like you actually think it’s coo - with this there’s no danger of that. That’s, ironically, what sort of makes the Casio cool.

Calm down .. I will tell everyone voting on your posted deal(s)(annoyed) to ask you and then make their choice to vote hot / not
